Fabulous stay - as always! We’ve been 4 times now. Such a beautiful venue. Clems wine tasting vending machine is a nice touch.

Lovely room, lots of parking, staff were friendly

Amazing room and amazing food

TV in room had Audio Description on permanent, staff were unable to remove it and just left it. Wasn’t asked on departure how our stay had been either. Breakfast was ok but bacon not crispy.

Very good stay, staff very friendly, plenty of parking and very well maintained with excellent views in all directions, will be visiting again.

Clean though had to straighten bed linen bottom sheet.
No showergel in soap dispenser!

Will not stay again paid a lot of money to stay and never had a bath even when on pic for room had one very disappointed

Quality of the whole building

Lovely building and setting. Good quality decor throughout the hotel. Room very nice with nice views. Nice little touches like Molton Brown bathroom products, small bottles of milk and iced water on arrival. However, our room was directly above rooms used for a wedding reception and the noise until midnight was simply horrendous. The room was vibrating and noise from guests was loud and at times crude. Overall had a very poor nights sleep. We were not advised that we might be inconvenienced by the wedding party. We were given a modest refund when checking out. Overall the staff were a bit indifferent. The stay would have been very good if we hadn’t encountered the noise.

We had a wonderful stay, our room, the food and the service were excellent and we would highly recommend if you are looking for peace and quiet.

It was a great stay especially the staff in the bunker bar they were brilliant also the chef

Access for disabled guests is very poor.
There is a building site in the CENTRE of the site. Construction traffic, noise, mud.
No mention of this at time of booking.
Spoiled our trip.
Very disappointed.

Beautiful place but was having building work done which detracted from the overall experience. Will probably be even better once completed. Room was clean and contemporary
