Pros:

Estaba limpio. Cerca de la estación de trenes desde donde se podía salir para visitar Pompeia y contratar salidas para la Costa Amalfitana. El hotel no está lejos del centro histórico de Nápoles y se podía ir andando. El personal fue amable y me permitieron dejar el equipaje en el hotel después del check out ya que mi vuelo salía por la noche.

A localização é excelente. Fica entre a estação de trem e metrô e o centro histórico.

El día de hacer el check out , estaba todo cerrado con llave y yo estaba encerrada en el hotel, y resulta que el joven de la recepción estaba durmiendo, se supone que era 24 horas. Casi pierdo mi vuelo

Overall, my experience was disappointing. The hotel feels outdated, and the elevator is extremely small and slow. The room itself is very cramped, and both the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The bathroom was particularly inconvenient, with a tiny shower cabin and a curtain that constantly sticks to you, leaving almost no space to move.
