VERY DISAPPOINTING LOCATION

I didnt get to check in cos there was no place to park!

Cons:

The hotel is located in a very bad place. Worst of all, the security guard said there is no parking provided in the hotel. He gave me a location 1.5km away where I have to park and walk to the hotel which is ridiculous. There was no place anywhere near the hotel to park and it was a very congested area. I was circling round and round for almost an hour and left as I could not find parking. I paid for a stay that I couldnt use cos I had no idea the hotel didnt provide parking for the customers! Extremely disappointed cos the payment was not refundable and I had to book another hotel on top of what I paid to this hotel.
