A morning securty personal is very helpul for family especsaly with children very caring , supportive and helpul

Cons:

I asked night reception to fix the issue of TV for my children they said they will send but non of them came

I asked reception to give money a securty gurd in thr morning who helped to bring my laguage from up to outside near my car but reception said not allowed this . In my opion who worked hard they deserve that

Staff are good.. everything else is disappointing...
Pros:

Staff are very polite and accomodating.

Cons:

The hotel felt really old, and everything inside seemed outdated. The TV wasn’t working, and there was a major leak in the toilet. Maintenance advised us not to use the bathroom with the leak, and eventually we had to move to a different room.
