I'm a big fan of the room service.
And the folks at reception are super friendly!

The rooms look very old, and the furniture is outdated and not in good condition. Even basic room amenities had to be requested. When I opened the minibar fridge, there was a very bad smell coming from it. Overall, the room was not well maintained, and the experience was disappointing.

Very good environment. I felt like at home. The staff is very friendly and supportive of any assistance you might need.
Once customer booked a room online or paid by cash and you don't need to ask them they should deposit for damages .
You have their details on your system if anything demage before they will leave call them into other.
