Very good accommodation.

The breakfast was tasty and varied. The rooms were warm and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. The apartment includes two rooms — a separate bedroom and a living room with a kitchen, which is very convenient, especially for families.

There is an air conditioner that works for both cooling and heating, making the stay comfortable in any season.

Great location, and an additional plus is the free underground parking for hotel guests.

Highly recommended.

Cons:

A small downside is that the kitchen is not fully equipped — there were not enough knives and kitchen utensils, and no cutting board for vegetables.

Highly recommend this hotel with wonderful staff, large rooms, great breakfast, and free parking.
Pros:

Front desk staff was top-notch. The hotel was in a great location and had free underground parking. Our room had a kitchenette which was so helpful. The breakfast was also very good.

Excelente ubicación y confortable
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, ideal para conocer la ciudad, es un lugar muy bonito y con instalaciones muy completas, la habitación estaba muy confortable e ideal para descansar y es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, el personal es muy amable

Very good spot for visiting the city
Pros:

Great location, nice staff. Rooms are big and view was great. Breakfast was nice. Being close to Pombal square is great for getting anywhere.

Great experience overall. We had to rebook very last minute after our previous accommodation was cancelled unexpectedly, and the staff at reception were extremely helpful. While we were on the phone with them, they even recommended booking the room through Booking.com because it would be cheaper, which ended up saving us around 100€. That was very thoughtful and appreciated.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment-style room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable.

Cons:

The only small downside is that outside noise can be heard quite clearly, so it might not be ideal for very light sleepers. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec une kitchenette, mais ce n’est pas ce que nous avons eu. La douche coulait partout et le bouchon du bain ne fonctionnait pas.
