Central, big room, clean, and with good darkening shades for good sleep. Even centrally located, is not noisy. Nice underground parking, accesible with elevator from lobby.
Good breakfast but kitchen is undersized and does not manage well during rush hour, especially with many guests in hotel, refill for buffet is slow. Only 1 coffee machine, so there is long waiting time. Rooms are a bit dated, old furniture and carpet on the halls is stained, could be replaced. All in all a good stay.
Service and staff were excellent. Beautiful outdoor pool. Though we did not have the breakfast, it seemed very nice. We needed three beds and it worked out great being an open sofa bed in one open area and two beds in a separate room.
We heard a lot of noise from the street, almost throughout the night. We are light sleepers.
The only other thing was that itbis a bit far from many areas we wanted to see. We did walk a lot ..but took many UBERS.Lis

This hotel looks so much better than in the photos and exceeded all our groups expectations
The hotel is a little out of the centre so it’s either a bit of a walk (hard in the heat with the hills) or a taxi - this didn’t bother our group but something to be mindful of if you are wanting to explore the centre

Al tratarse de suites la verdad es que las habitaciones eran muy muy amplias. Muy cómodas. El servicio de limpieza excelente! Todo impecable.
El hotel tiene piscina así que nosotras con el calor que hacía la pudimos aprovechar. Se agradece.
La ubicación aunque no está lejos del centro es verdad que está un poco a apartado y al ser una ciudad de cuestas daba la sensación de estar “lejos”.
El desayuno bastante justo. Poca variedad de cosas. Demasiado sencillo.
Se oía mucho ruido de las habitaciones colindantes y del pasillo. Desde bien temprano ya te despertabas con todo el ajetreo. Deberían pedir a los huéspedes que hagan menos ruido si es que no están bien insonorizados los espacios.

Kitchen area not well stocked. Not enough glasses. Broken items eg wine opener. Fridge seen better days. Door drawers falling off. No ice tray.
De pool en de ruime kamers met goede airco, en perfecte bedden.
De badkamer was erg gedateerd. Veel plankjes and handdoekenhouders zaten los. Douchen in de badkuip is niet erg handig.
