Great location. Clean. Some areas need addressing.
Pros:

Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place was clean.

Cons:

No extractor fan in the bathroom. The shower threw water all over the bathroom floor, as the glass screen is inadequate.
The microwave dominated the kitchenette. Need proper tea towels

The perfect place for a group in Lisbon.
Pros:

The most comfortable beds we've ever had in Portugal which is known for "firmness." Plus they actually make the beds up with a sheet as well as a duvet, so those of us too warm to use a duvet, have a sheet which is all we needed (2 of the 3 guests). Amazingly rare! Parking is just below in their own garage and free for guests. The staff is wonderful and offered a restaurant tip that was just perfect. Breakfast is included and quite decent. The pool looked great, but we didn't try it. I can't say enough about how large, well appointed and nice the suites were. Apartment size, not tiny hotel room size. I highly recommend it. We had a two bedroom, 2 bath, plus a one bedroom one bath for 5 of us and everyone loved it. Plus the airport is close by for our family returning home with flights at an ungodly hour.

Pros:

The pool and pool area are absolutely fantastic for a city centre location, with a nice little bar area serving drinks and food. Excellent large room with a small but handy kitchen with full sized fridge. Great beds.. Friendly, professional staff and good location. Supermarkets and bars close by.

Cons:

One small criticism is room power sockets in the room. There are enough but not conveniently placed for today's charging needs. The kitchen has one for the microwave, toaster and kettle. only a minor inconvenience.
