Excellent facility well run for over a decade at least.
Rooms are nice. Disappointed with the Hot Breakfast. It was cold everyday. Be prepared to pay $40 per day for parking.
Excellent hotel couldnt fault anything.
Nothing
Location
Poor handicapped parking. People parked in handicapped spaces who did not have placards or plates for handicapped. Facility should monitor and contact people and have them move their vehicles or have police ticket them. Also, will probably not stay there again because of this and also that they charge $40 per night for self parking.
Very nice stay. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Quality of the breakfast and the coffee could be better, but overall a great experience.
We stayed here overnight to explore Breck. I didn't know where the busiest part of Main St was, but this was a good location just off of the main road but very close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and we had a full size fridge.
The only issue we had here was a beeping dishwasher that was driving us crazy. We spoke to the person at the desk, waited a while, and finally called to ask if they could come look at it. Pushing buttons didn't fix it, but maintenance just shut off the power at the box to the dishwasher and turned it off entirely. That fixed the problem, no more beeping!!!
I stay here every year in the summer and it is always great. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is wonderful. I look forward to coming back again in 2027!
Attentive staff, clean room, perfect amenities. Hotel was busy but every question or request I had was met with excellent customer service. For example, they weren’t able to accommodate an early check in immediately but did allow us access two hours early. The view from the pool/hot tub is hard to beat. Nice extras recognizing my status that I have not experienced at other comparable properties. Probably the nicest Residence Inn I’ve stayed in.
Overall, this was a good experience. Brian at the front desk is very friendly and goes above and beyond what is expected. Location is amazing, short walk to Main Street. Very short car ride or even a walking trip to the gondola to give up the mountain. There is a small bar for beverages in the lobby, a small convenience shop as well. Food from the bar is just average, could use some improvement there, but it is convenient if you do not want to venture out. Breakfast is good all the basics, waffle station, coffee juices, bagels, etc. The lobby is very bright and inviting however, the rooms and the hallways just have a gloomy feel they could really use some brightening up.
Great location, pool/view and very friendly staff.
Fees!! The property is very nice but be aware that you’ll have to pay an extra $40 per day to park AND a $40 per day destination fee. In return, you get a $20 credit to use in the bar for drinks or food. We opted for food which was pretty good. One nice thing is that you’re only a short walk to all the fun on Main Street. We ended up in a King accessible room. The room itself was very nice but the bed was terrible!! The pool and hot tub were nice with beautiful views of the mountains. Staff were friendly and facilities clean. Loved being there. Might return.
Fabulous location a block close from Main Street Breckenridge. Walkable to so many wonderful shops and restaurants. Hotel is very dog friendly. Loved our short visit. We will return in the fall.
Beautiful location amongst the mountains
The cost of parking
I have really mixed feelings about this hotel. The hotel and our stay was wonderful. It sits on the edge of Breckenridge and it was easy to walk everywhere in town. The room was spacious and the pool was a great way to end each evening. The hotel breakfast was also a notch above many that we have had. The downside for me is it felt like there were lots of small hidden fees. To park on site, it came out to almost $50 a night, which was paid through a QR code scanned at check-in. There is also a $40 per night resort fee which includes $20 credit to spend at the hotel that expires at midnight each day. The challenge was figuring out where you could and could not spend the credit and the prices. I found out at check-out that you could not spend it at the hotel bar but could at the hotel store and restaurant. The hotel store has no price list, making it very difficult to make informed decisions about how to spend it or how much we had left in credit to spend. For a hotel this nice, I don't expect hidden fees and deceptive practices like secret pricing. I would stay again because the room and location was great, but beware of the extras that add up an extra $90/night.
