Nice spacious rooms
There were a lot of undisclosed fees that I was charged for
Good breakfast and great location. Can walk to main st. for food and shopping. Heated pool and hot tub were great for kids. Room was clean and spacious. Water pressure is bad but this is true in almost the entire city. Just plan for a long time rinsing long hair out. Parking is easy but overpriced. Almost $100 for 1.5 days and then another $24 for 2 hours after the 8AM reset. Overall, almost $120 for 4pm to 10 am 2 days later, not even 48 hours. Would still come back but maybe consider how far to walk for street lot parking.
Had a great one night stay at the Res Inn Breck. The location is awesome and the staff was very friendly. I spent a couple of hours at the bar on arrival and had great conversation w/their staff there. They offered suggestions/tips around town and we discussed the slow snow this season. People always make or break a stay for me and this place has great people. :-)
Great location, basically walk to everywhere, very convenient shuttle service to the slopes, breakfast with many options to select from, clean room

Residence Inn in Breck has quiet,clean rooms, friendly staff and a great location. Only drawback is $46/night parking fee

Staff very friendly & helped out when we had a barking dog issue next door at 2am.
Breakfast was fine. Room cleaning staff did a very good job.
The shuttle bus drivers and bar staff get full marks, friendly and helpful.
Issue with barking dogs, l though I understand the reason it gave us an interrupted nights sleep.
Everything was great except check-in. We called when we booked several months ahead to get a joining rooms or at least rooms next to each other, I also called one week prior and asked for the same thing both times they said there was a note on reservation. However when we checked in the person that checked us and said there was no notation that she could find she put us in rooms on completely opposite sides of the hallways, when I came back to ask the manager about it he apologized and said there was a note on the reservation in fact he put it on himself, however it was sold out and they could not accommodate us. It was upsetting but we adapted. Everything else was great especially the drivers and the bartender. Rooms are clean and showers were nice.
This place is always incredibly clean and makes the trip so easy
We stayed here overnight so we could see the ice sculptures. It was just a short walk to the area where the sculptures were located. It's on the edge of the main street in Breckenridge.
The room was spacious, but a little dated. The room had a kitchenette with a full refrigerator. We didn't use the kitchenette, but probably would have if we had stayed longer.
The hotel had a lounge area, which was nice. They offered us a free drink with our stay, but we never made it to the bar.
It was pretty busy, but was quiet in our room. Not sure if there were people in the rooms next to us.
Breckenridge in general is a picturesque mountain town and in general an amazing family vacation
Location was great for our needs. It provides easy access to peaks 8 and 9 in addition to Main Street shops and restaurants. Atmosphere is current, comfortable and clean. The breakfast service was mediocre at best and was unable to keep up at the peak hour. Including coffee.
