Amazing stay
Pros:

The location is very good, near many restaurants, shopping. The breakfast is good, very good coffee, friendly staff.
The room is big, clean and it has everything you need.

Best location, great staff—comfortable rooms with amazing views!
Pros:

Everything from checking in to checking out was so easy. The staff were so super nice and gave us great recommendations when we needed them. You can’t ask for a better location in Lisbon. And we really took advantage of their rooftop bar and restaurant—amazing views!

Great Hotel for first time visitors to Lisbon
Pros:

This was our first time in Lisbon and we stayed the Hotel do Chiado. It is in a great location with easy, walkable access to historic sites and restaurants. We had a room on the 8th floor that was well appointed, clean, large, and quiet. The rooftop bar has a nice view of the city and is a geat place to have a drink and relax. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. One of the best things about the hotel is the staff. They were all very pleasant and very helpful, especially those at the front desk and in the rooftop bar. They helped to make our first visit to Lisbon memorable. We highly recommend the Hotel do Chido.

A really lovely hotel …ticked all the boxes ..staff so helpful especially as we arrived from long flight at 5.30 am and allocated us a room .Room v comfortable…breakfast excellent in a beautiful designed space.Stunning outside bar area and views over city .Definitely hope to return.Thank you to everyone

Lovely comfortable hotel, with friendly, professional staff in a great location.
Pros:

As a Coeliac there was a good choice for breakfast eg all cooked items were gluten free and good selection of fruit, cheeses and meats. The bottle of sparkling wine and treats were a lovely touch for my partner’s birthday.

Cons:

Gluten free bread that the hotel provided was not to my liking. Seemed frozen and warmed up just before serving but managed to buy a Schar loaf from a supermarket at the train station.
