Täydellinen loma Lissabonissa
Pros:

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, tunsimme olomme todella tervetulleiksi ja apua sai heti pieneenkin ongelmaan. Huone iso ja siisti, sänky superleveä, kylpyhuoneessa paljon laskutilaa. Seiskakerroksen kattoterassilta huikeat näkymät kaupunkiin, samoin kahdeksannen kerroksen aamiaishuoneesta. Maukas aamiainen. Hotellin sijainti ei olisi voinut olla parempi. Eli oikeinkin onnistunut ensivisiitti Lissabonissa.

Hotel jest w wspanialej lokalizacji . W środku centrum ale jak tylko otworzysz drwi do hotelu ma się wrażenie jakby czas się zatrzymał i nastał spokój . Miałyśmy wspaniały widok , śniadania i opiekę. Dziękujemy

Good stay, great location.
Pros:

Excellent location and great staff. Ruy and Solange from the front desk are very good. Good breakfast.

Cons:

They put me in a room facing the street. The view was beautiful, but there was a lot of noise until late at night. The room was also next to the restaurant where breakfast is served, so there was even more noise in the morning while they were setting up. In the end, I didn’t sleep at all. If I return in the future, I’ll definitely request a room that doesn’t face the street and isn’t close to the restaurant or kitchen.

Perfect location for exploring Lisbon with an amazing roof terrace and helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel's rooftop terrace and bar is the star of this hotel, its stunning, looking over an amazing view of Lisbon. The breakfast served in the morning was excellent, with cooked and continental options offered, a special mention has to be given to the scrambled eggs which were cooked to perfection, creamy and delicious.

Cons:

We had an issue the room. Although we booked a double room, the hotel was going to place us in a twin room until Booking intervened. However on our arrival, we were shown to our room which was lovely but a couple of hours later when the guests in the room next door arrived, we realised we were in an adjoining room. As the guests next door had several children and there did not appear to be any sound insulation between the door of the two rooms, we quickly had to request to be moved. After much discussion with the reception team and the duty manager, we were eventually moved to another room which was more suitable. However this whole process was time consuming and disappointing, nobody likes to turn up to a hotel and have to complain! In addition, we were booked in to the roof terrace bar that evening to have a meal, upon arrival all went well, a table had been reserved for us and we ordered drinks for aperitif. However the problem came when we ordered our food..... 2 hours later, we had to leave without any food to look for a restaurant elsewhere to eat. The staff were very pleasant and apologetic as apparently the kitchen team was short staffed that evening due to sickness. Again a bit disappointing, it was food for 2 people and the meals were not complicated.
