Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

Minor point but the terrace from the room could have been more private with more comfortable chairs to enjoy the weather and view.

Great location , beautiful terrace view & wonderful helpful staff. I would definitely book this hotel again
Pros:

The terrace view was impressive and worth every euro! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect!

Cons:

There was a slight odor in the room maybe from the plumbing? It seemed better after we ran water in each plumbing drain & with the terrace doors open it dissipated. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

Overall great stay and highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent location as it’s very central in old town. Property has an amazing view of Tagus from rooftop. Staff is just awesome especially the front office staff, genuinely customer service oriented people and made us very comfortable and welcoming.

Cons:

Corridors leading to rooms had distinct smell due kitchen location.

Pros:

Its location, close to everything and in the heart of the city. The room size is spacious. Cleanliness is another positive point. The breakfast is very good. A welcome-Portuguese typical pastry is left in the room and also a welcome letter. Complimentary water too.

Upon checkout, I was given a small bottle of wine as a gift/treat.

Cons:

I really do not have anything to dislike of.

Exceptional hotel, incredible staff, spectacular views, we’ve found our home in Lisbon and will definitely be back.
Pros:

Everything. The location was perfect, the views from our terrace were spectacular, and was absolutely ideal for us. From the moment we arrived early from Dublin, the staff made us feel special. We had lunch and our first drink on the terrace while waiting for our room, and when it was ready our luggage had already been taken up for us. Reception were fantastic throughout the stay and nothing was ever too much trouble. The room, bed, terrace, breakfast, food, service and overall atmosphere were all excellent. We genuinely feel we have found our hotel in Lisbon and will definitely return.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. Our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the hotel, restaurant and terrace because there was so much of Lisbon to explore.
