Pros:

All staff were kind,helpful, professional and had great suggestions when I asked.
My room was clean, comfortable, cozy and accommodating.
The location was perfect for my city walks.
I loved the buffet breakfast and the ambiance of the penthouse experience.
Evenings at the outdoor rooftop bar provided grand hospitality and a delightful city view!

There is no better location! No! Really!
Pros:

There is no better location! No! Really! You can walk to Rossio, Tram 28, Rue Augusta, walk to the river, the Cathedral, even up to the palace and some of the maduros! The staff really, really nice! Our room with an insane view! Great breakfast too. I checked out other locations I had considered and will only stay at the do Chiado! Stayed 3 nights.

Visit to Lisbon
Pros:

Entire staff was friendly and helpful - front desk, restaurant and bar, housekeeping. Great location, with beautiful views. We had a premium room with private outdoor patio/garden area with views of St. George fortress and Tagus River.

Idealt läge mitt i centrala Lissabon. Gratis uppgradering pga gnisslande luftkonditionering. Rött vin och choklad till påsk. Sista kvällen bjudna på bubbel och ostbricka på rummet. Stora sköna sängar. Terrassbar med fantastisk utsikt över Alfama och floden.

Excellent stay. Would return.
Pros:

Premium room with patio is wonderful in good weather. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel location is ideal for restaurants, bars and attractions.

Cons:

Hotel TV advises free ice available in bar. One bar waiter told us that they do not provide ice and would have to charge for it. Reception said waiter was wrong. They need to get their act together.

The Hotel Do Chiado is Fabulous!
Pros:

The hotel seems small in the lobby, but the rooms are spacious! It has a wonderful rooftop bar and a beautiful dining area. It is very clean and the amenities are numerous. But the best part is the staff. They are all friendly and helpful, especially Malaga F. and Solange S. who could not have been more helpful, courteous & fun! I would highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel for our weekend in Lisbon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for all the attractions
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located, close by to all the main attractions and a 2 minute walk from the metro for the airport

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, not many options especially for those that are dairy free

Great stay
Pros:

Loved our room with a terrace. Excellent view. Welcome by staff was lovely including the little chocolates a nd tarts.Great location as well. Helpful staff.

Cons:

I think the only thing that I could suggest is better coffee at breakfast. The machine did not seem to have fresh milk in it, which gives the coffee a weird taste.

Hotel do Chiado is a real gem!
Pros:

This is a lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff is both friendly and very helpful in giving recommendations for meals & sites to see. The guest rooms are very nicely appointed & block out all of the street noise. That said, it’s fun to open the doors & enjoy the noise/music coming from the lively scene below. The view from the terrace bar/restaurant is magnificent. Highly recommend a stay at Hotel do Chiado!

Pros:

Hotel Chiado delivers exactly what you want from a Lisbon stay — a well-located property in one of the city’s most characterful neighborhoods, with rooms that are comfortable and stylishly appointed. Staff are professional and helpful without being fussy.
The rooftop bar is a genuine highlight — excellent drinks and one of the better views of the city you’re likely to find, particularly at golden hour. Breakfast is equally impressive, with a spread that goes well beyond the standard hotel offering and sets you up properly for a day of exploring.
