Easy to find. Clean with very welcoming staff. Room was basic but very clean and a huge comfy bed

Only down side was parking.
Arrived and could see 2 spaces available, in a very small carpark but couldn't get in because someone had parked right over the entrance. Not a fault of hotel but meant on match day finding an alternative and actually getting into our room. an hour later.
All in all a pleasant night away.

Great value for money, although not in centre of London, tubes are close by .
Pros:

Great welcome, very informative regarding facilities, restaurant times etc. Everywhere spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable room, fab bed slept like a baby.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, for the cost per night it exceeded my expectation.

The staff were so professional, kind, polite and helpful.
The hotel is secure for guests.

Great for ABBA concert

One of our party rooms smelt of smoke , the staff dealt with it but would have preferred a room change.

Brilliant
Pros:

It was very conveniently located for what we were doing up in London. The whole experience in the hotel from checking in to checking out was great. We ate in the hotel on the evening of our stay and they was very good value for money. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
