Could only find one tiny fault with stay

Decent stay near Stratford
Pros:

Overall a good stay, with excellent proximity to public transport. Reception and breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful.

Good full breakfast included with bread and pastries, sausages, bacon, eggs, cereals, hot drinks, etc.

The room was slightly outdated but very clean.

Cons:

The AC was very loud and did not sufficiently cool the room down (we visited during a heatwave).

Pros:

Lovely hotel and excellent location for ABBA Voyage 10 mins walk!
Staff friendly even got our room at 12.30 in the afternoon!

An excellent stay and very reasonably priced.
Pros:

A brilliant location just a fifteen minute walk from the train/bus/tube station and the centre of Stratford one way and the Abba Voyage Arena the other way.
Very helpful and friendly staff. A lovely,spacious and spotlessly clean room. Spotless bathroom and huge fluffy bath sheets. We were so grateful for the air con in the room during a scorching weekend! A huge comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent quality and there was plenty of choice. Such great value for money, especially for London prices. It was really easy to get into all the sights via very efficient public transport. A huge shopping centre and lots of restaurants and cafes in the centre of Stratford. We will definitely be coming back.

Great location. Great staff. Great stay.
Pros:

Excellent location for ABBA Voyage, only a 12 minute walk. Staff were exceptional. Room was a good size and immaculate. Light and airy feel. Good breakfast. Very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

A small thing - dipping and polishing the cutlery for breakfast would give a first class feel.

Great hotel to reach Stansted airport and London city
Pros:

Unbelievable friendly and helpful staff. Whatever we wanted or needed - everything was possible and easy to get. Be it forgotten tooth paste - we got one at reception. Leaving the luggage till the evning of departure date - no problem. Charging the mobile - of course, possible. We even got a nice room on the upper floor with the windows to the yard, as requested. It was much quieter and pleasant there. We also ordered the dinner in the evening at the hotel - the meals were fine, and the prices quite fair.
