Excellent! Would definitely stay again and recommend!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean, perfect walk to the Aquatics Centre along quiet road. Breakfast was excellent.
The staff were fantastic, friendly and extremely polite, a great representation!

Cons:

Nothing I can think of on this trip! It was just what we ordered.

Pros:

Room was modern, clean and comfortable.
Loved the fact we could checked in earlier at no extra cost.

Cons:

A few weeks before our stay, something came up I had to do for the day of our stay, outside of London. I contacted the hotel, to change my dates that told me I had to go directly to booking.com. I did and they told me it shouldn't be a problem, but they had to confirm with the hotel first. Booking came back with a No response from the hotel. When I contacted the hotel again, directly, asking why and explaining I only wanted to change the dates for the night before instead, I got no response.
I wasn't looking for a refund and checked in advanced for availability the night before, which they had, so I dont understand why the hotel couldn't accommodate my request.
