Pros:

This hotel was chosen for location next to Abba Voyage, within walking distance.

Great size rooms and very clean.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't as good as expected, no continental breakfast, and the English breakfast only offered scrambled eggs, not poached or fried as we've always had in other Holiday Inn hotels, also beans were cold on second day.

A pleasant couple of days close to amenities.
Pros:

Location for the ABBA arena was excellent.

Cons:

Having a room overlooking Stratford High Street as the traffic was often quite noisy.

Pros:

The proximity to the ABBA concert only a 10 - 15 walk

Cons:

The heating / cooling was not adjustable and could not be turned off. We had to open a window to cool the room down but couldn’t sleep properly due to the heating and the noise of the open window. At 2am felt we should just put up with it and reported it in the morning as we checked out

Comfortable, clean and friendly.
Pros:

This hotel was in the perfect location for what we needed, the staff were professional, friendly and so kind, the room was clean but I had noticed a stain on the carpet so I raised it with housekeeping and the offered to move us to a different room, but we were happy to stay in the first one. The food was excellent and even the guests were friendly. As I am a part time wheelchair user I sometimes feel uncomfortable but I was made to feel so welcome here.

• did not receive the booked king-size bed (got two single beds pushed together)
• the room did not match any of the photos shown during booking
• no wardrobe for clothes
• no minibar
• TV has no Netflix or smart features
• breakfast is the same every day and becomes repetitive
• no standard EU sockets (only UK plugs)
• bathroom socket only suitable for shavers (cannot properly use a hairdryer there)
• unpleasant smell in the bathroom
• shower curtain clearly not properly maintained
• no gym
