Beautiful and fun location for Oktoberfest
Pros:

Location is ideal for Oktoberfest! Pool and new renovations are wonderful! Rooms are nice.

Cons:

Costs keep going up. Will have to evaluate next year if we feel it's still worth it.

Excellent stay even in the off season
Pros:

Our condo was very large, extremely well equipped with everything we could need and we had an excellent view of the town square. The continental breakfast was generous with a lot of variety. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Cons:

We did go during the off season so restaurant and store hours were limited as well as the activities we could do, and the hotel itself (including the pool and gym area) as well as many other things in town, were under construction. Still a beautiful time of year to go with all the fall leaves and perfect weather but we might choose a different season in the future.

Pros:

Breakfast was weak. I would say don’t bother if you can’t make it better than one of those cheap hotels that offer breakfast up.

Cons:

Would have been nice to know before booking that the property was undergoing major renovation in the lobby.

A terrible noisy dirty experience, that was fraudulently sold to me knowing that the facility is under a major construct

Under a big construction
That was not told about it prior to booking a non refundable booking, extremely noisy, extremely dirty, no staff to meet you, I will report both of booking.com and the facility for a misleading sale that did not declare the terrible condition of the facility and charge me a non refundable full price . This was a fraudulent sale that will not be tolerated

great location , beautiful condo

Cons:

place under construction - not disclosed prior to my stay. Was told at the last minute pool hot tub and fitness room were not open, we did get a $50 per night refund for that, but the total construction going on was bad no air conditioning in the halls - uncomfortable Unit itself was beuaritful although she of the outlets did not work
