Cons:

The sheets had stains, phone was broken, floors had debris. The bathroom had stains on the walls that could easily be removed with a rag. A group of men sat in the hall outside of our room. They talked loudly and made it seem unsafe to leave our room.

Overall, with the amount we paid for the room I'd expect the t.v. to work & the room to be fresh.

Clean comfortable and affordable
Pros:

It was clean & comfortable and relatively very affordable. Breakfast was the std included breakfast but the eggs and bacon were a little better than some other places I’ve stayed at. It’s not fancy but it’s nice for an over night or few night stay where u are looking for a place to sleep.

Medical trip
Pros:

Trip to UVA medical facility. Good price from hotel. Near 2 gas stations, Domino's ,Chinese, and Mexican food. There is a pool and hot tub, but closed Jan to early June. Decent breakfast bar, room was nice and clean. Staff helpful

Excellent for value

Cons:

In our room the floor was very damp on arrival, clearly from an AC unit leak making room extremely humid. Staff was excellent, friendly, responsive.
