Overall, we just needed a place to stop for a night and this served just that.
Pros:

Offering a variety of eggs was great! From scrambled, to omelet, to hard boiled - thought that was nice! Loved the waffles and yogurt/oatmeal.

Cons:

There was a really large wet spot on the floor in our room between the beds when we first arrived. Gross. AND as the sheets shimmied up, the one bed's mattress protector had what appeared to be brown/nicotine stained burn marks in them - as the hotel is non-smoking - these sheets must be old. Again. Gross.
We had no tissues available in our bathroom as they were left empty.

Clean, quiet and comfortable are my main criteria. You did mostly very well.
Pros:

My sister enjoyed your eggs and scones. Coffee was nice and hot. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was great. Proximity to my brother's home was excellent.

Cons:

There was salt and a french fry in the seat of the desk chair. The A/C was very noisy like it was rattling.
