The staff was great
I didn’t like housekeeping leaving my door open all day while I was at the conference. I didn’t like that there was no hot tub.
Guests were very noisy in the middle of the night.
Great clean and comfortable room. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is in a great spot to reach restaurants in the area.

That we called to say we would be there by midnight and one of the rooms they had us check into had not been cleaned at all. Moved to another room. My room had big pieces of food on the floor next to one of the beds, There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bottles in the shower - once in it, little too late to do anything. Night clerk told me my card was denied?? The rooms had already been paid in advance, he argued with me in front of everyone, showed him my bank app to prove the rooms were paid and he rudely said the morning clerk will have a talk with me. Morning clerk said there was never an issue with my payment,
Clean rooms. Good breakfast
-Water pressure in the shower was great.
-Lightbulbs in the room were variable color temperature so you didn’t need to feel like you were in a hospital.
-Location was great to Dulles or other western DC area stuff
HVAC: The heater in the room was loud. Be prepared to turn up the volume on shows or podcasts. Little ventilation in the bathroom so the ceiling paint is flaking off.

The decor is very bland abd unimaginative
The bathroom tub was clogged so I showed in water past my ankles. I asked for it to be fixed. Someone came and put something very strong into the drain. The drain worked fine the the room smelt like sewer for about an hour and a half. When I told them the woman at the desk asked if I was a Marriott member. I told her I wasn’t. Then she said okay if you were I was going to give you extra points. But there was nothing to do if I wasn’t a Marriott member. That was really a rude answer. I paid probably more than a member but because I was a member my experience didn’t count. I ALWAYS stay in the Hampton Suites and have never had a problem. I thought it was rude that my experience didn’t matter because I wasn’t a member. I will not be using the Marriot anymore and that is the hotel I always use.
I had to ask for towels, soap for my hands and wash clothes. Room didn’t seem to have what it was supposed to. There was also a huge mirror in the bathroom with black lines through it which was gross. It looked like marker maybe. I tried to clean it but I count get it off.
Not a great experience. My be complaint is I didn’t know that I do not get the same service as members even I pay for my hotel. Money is money and non members deserve to same respect and a decent room. Feel free to to call me to discuss more. 8388952220. My family travels to Leesburg a lot because it is close to where my mom lives. Even the ones with the Marriott will definitely not using that hotel mainly because they didn’t like that I got bad service because I was not an member and a room not up to Marriotts name.

Breakfast was adequate
No business center/computer access. I wanted to map my next destination and there was no was to do it. I chose Hampton because everywhere else I have stated with them they have a business center.
Staff and size of room. Comfortable bed.
Toilet was not clean
Breakfast was tasty! Location was fine - needed a car but there was good food just down the road. Room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Staff were very helpful (Rosa and Thomas).
