Horrible experience
Pros:

This was a horrible experience. Upon checking in, my daughter pulled back the blanket to get into bed only to discover a ton of dog hair throughout the two beds. It was absolutely appalling and disgusting. Sadly, my daughter is also allergic to dogs. When I went to the front desk to ask about changing rooms, I was told that they were at capacity. If there was another hotel nearby, I absolutely would have checked out. I was only offered new linen, as I was told housekeeping was gone for the day.

An awesome property location.
Pros:

It was very clean, staff were all polite, we liked everything about it and the location to our destination , Stewartstown Railroad, was awesome plus as well.

Great stay at the Shrewsbury Hampton Inn and Suites
Pros:

We were visiting the area for a family event and only stayed one night. That being said the people there seemed genuinely to like their job and one another. They were very personable with their guests . The hotel was maintained well and very clean. The breakfast was well set up and better than expected. Not sure all Hamptons are so maintained and should investigate what is done so well at the Shrewsbury Hampton.

Kyle made a great first impression. Room was clean and spacious. Price was fair.

Clean property, friendly staff, nice breakfast.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, Kyle at the front desk when we checked in was friendly, and informative! Great customer service. Kyle always said hello as we walked though the lobby.
