Very convenient and clean hotel, staff was pleasant & helpful.
Pros:

Room size, ability to add an additional day during travel to hotel.

Cons:

Shower door not level, door kept opening. Difficult to control water temperature in shower.

Not the best as previous stays
Pros:

Comfortable, great pool, hot tub, exercise room, Kyle front desk was great.

Cons:

Booking.com had a photo of room showing sofa in room. There were none in that facility except king room. Room also wasn't handicapped accessible. Dog barking next to our room but we were able to switch to another room, had to buy an air mattress for one child that was going to use a sofa as a bed.

Our stay was nice and we were please overall
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice heated pool and good breakfast.

Cons:

Beds were not comfy. Pool towels were tiny.

We have always been pleased with Hampton Inn.
Pros:

I only got to eat breakfast one time and it was very good. Room towels were nice, Desk person was extremely nice and helpful and he made sure were happy.

Cons:

Towels in pool were extremely small and not good quality. No Clock in room.

Horrible experience
Pros:

This was a horrible experience. Upon checking in, my daughter pulled back the blanket to get into bed only to discover a ton of dog hair throughout the two beds. It was absolutely appalling and disgusting. Sadly, my daughter is also allergic to dogs. When I went to the front desk to ask about changing rooms, I was told that they were at capacity. If there was another hotel nearby, I absolutely would have checked out. I was only offered new linen, as I was told housekeeping was gone for the day.

An awesome property location.
Pros:

It was very clean, staff were all polite, we liked everything about it and the location to our destination , Stewartstown Railroad, was awesome plus as well.
