We really e njoyed our stay, and will definitely book this hotel again.
Pros:

We loved our stay. Great location very clean. Breakfast above average very good. Quite not noisy like other hotels we have stayed at. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Small things but not a big deal. Luggage cart very loud and squeaky need to oil wheels. Entrance door also loud and squeaky need some oil.

Would stay again if the bathroom and carpets were replaced

The bed was very soft and comfortable….It looked Clean….

Cons:

The bathroom needs to be updated….The floor was Dirty and needs a good scrubbing….Made it a bit uncomfortable using….

Great staff! Had an question a out the TV and maintenance was at our room in less than 2 min. Incredible! Thanku!

Not the fault of the hotel, but pillows are too thin so hard to get real comfortable

We will be returning in a few months.
Pros:

They staff was great! We needed an early check in to attend an event. They were so friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Elevator made a noise and the floor was dirty. But our room was super clean.

All in all it was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was great - something to look forward to each morning. Although bottled lemon juice and honey was available, a slice of fresh lemon would have made that cup of tea into something extra special!!!

Cons:

See my comments above about lemon 🍋 and honey 🍯 for the tea each morning.

Convenient way to the main road.
Pros:

Coffee was hot although took a while to make with the individual coffee maker machine Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Had breakfast two days. One day the eggs & sausage were cold. Other day fine.
Checked in and TV was on Spanish. There was no simple way to revert it to English. Tried to call front desk but room phone didn't work. (was later told they don't work by staff). Went to lobby only to wait for a nice lady who was doing 3 jobs at once (dealing with customer complaints, check-in, restocking fridge..). After several attempts and on the phone w someone, she was able to fix it.
Be CAREFUL of parking! What looks like hotel parking is not and they fine you.
