Excellent hotel at a great value, perfect for visiting Grand Valley State University
Pros:

Hotel is in excellent condition overall. Rooms and furnishings were very confortable and clean. The shower is oddly shaped but is actually nice and large. The breakfast was good, typical for a hotel continental breakfast. Location is ideal for visiting GVSU

Cons:

The only minor issue with breakfast was the juice machine wasn't working properly so couldn't cool the juice. They had a sign out letting everyone know, and I'm sure it will be fixed.

It was okay. Some of the staff could be a little more personable.
Pros:

The food was decent, the juice machine was not working properly and they had no napkins available.

Cons:

Water pressure was very weak in the mornings. Everything else was fine.

Excellent and pleasant stay!
Pros:

We had a pleasant and excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained throughout our visit. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room daily and refilling all the toiletries without us having to ask.

The hotel offers great value for the price and was well within our budget. Its location was convenient and made it easy for us to get around. The complimentary breakfast was good and provided a nice variety of options to start the day.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

Was told check-in was 3pm but was not able to check in until 9pm due to lack of housekeepers to clean rooms. Was promised several times "30 more minutes" only to come back to not be able to check in.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. This is at all hotels but I hate the big fluffy pillows. Bed was comfy except the pillows. Room was very clean. I think the people next to me were hard of hearing😂but other then that I would stay again

Overall it was a great stay. I will definitely be back to book when visiting family in surrounding area.
Pros:

The location and it was in the middle of multiple attractions. The front desk lady was super nice and the hotel offered a cozy feel for an amazing price!

Cons:

That’s a hard question… To be picky maybe lack of security cameras outside watching cars and the breakfast coulda used a little more options but, non the less still good!
