Very clean and comfortable room, it had all the necessities needed.

There was air in the water pipes that was that was made noise, I got used to it but it should be fixed.

Pros:

My daughter and I were there for a college visit at Grand Valley State University, coming from Northern Illinois, so we came in the night before. The location was perfect for this reason. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I do not know what was covering the mattresses, but they were ridiculously noisy with any little movement. We woke ourselves or each other up because of this multiple times.
We could hear our neighbors the entire night, until about 2:30 am, and they were not loud, just conversations, should have way better soundproofing between rooms.
