Over priced for “good” accommodation
Pros:

Rooms were clean, staff was polite, and trash was cleaned and towels changed after one night.

Cons:

The gym was small, and a guest was just hanging out in there instead of working out so I did not feel comfortable using the gym anyway. Also the bathroom was very tiny and water always leaked out of shower so the floor was all wet after a shower. The price was too much for the amenities and space!

Literally one night to see our college kid.
Pros:

I like that you offer breakfast. I like the location because it is so close to GV campus. The rooms are fine. Expectations were low and I have stayed here in the past so I knew what i was getting into.

Cons:

The common areas like the elevator and the lobby were grimy. Floors dirty. Wall signage ripped and falling off. There is a weird pool that makes the whole first floor smell like chlorine. Clearly they were in the process of replacing some carpets and the hallways all smelled like off gassing carpet chemicals.

We come here because our daughter goes to GVSU. It is so convenient to have such a nice hotel near.
Pros:

Facility is always clean. We were allowed to check in early. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast is always very nice.

The breakfast was great & the attendant was the only staff I seen she was very nice.

Cons:

The lock on bathroom door wasn't easy to operate. My granddaughter got locked in.

Pros:

I have been staying here four times every year for the past five years. It must have new owners because the place was cleaner than it has been for awhile now. I had almost given up staying there because it felt so dirty.

Cons:

There was a funny noise everytime I flushed the toilet. Our room was next to the pool and I could still smell the chlorine.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room, it had all the necessities needed.

Cons:

There was air in the water pipes that was that was made noise, I got used to it but it should be fixed.
