Nothing, the staff was confused and inexperienced.

Cons:

The staff stated they did not have my reservation until Booking.com called and the reservation appeared. I have no clue who dropped the ball but the staff was unable to answer any questions without calling a manager. They might need the phone glued to their head at this rate.
