The room was OK, but the overall stay was meh.
Pros:

Close to Stearn's Pier for dining options.

Cons:

It would be a cross country trek from the room to the pool. The "city view" was non-existent. Sadly, there is a $32 parking charge .

Quando si prenota su Booking purtroppo le camere sono per posizione le peggiori, eravamo sul retro del padiglione sul retro, non una bottiglia d’acqua in camera, tavoletta del bagno che non sta su ( room 210 ) e mancava il bagno schiuma, in compenso shampoo ottimo

Wonderful stay at a nice hotel!
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location to everything. Parking was covered and right close to our first floor room.

Cons:

Parking cost $32/day. That could add up if we stayed a week or two.

Incredibly nice location and super super clean
Pros:

The room that we had was absolutely beautiful. I had a balcony and we were able to look to the right and see the ocean in the beach. I overlooked State Street, but to the right of us was the beach, so I didn’t have a view of the ocean, which was totally fine because we were not in the room very much.
The room was super super clean and incredibly nice, like way more than I expected

Cons:

Well, one of the things I did not like about the property was somebody who worked there, and I don’t know who, at the front desk when I checked in my credit card was fraudulently used/stolen that exact day. And it has never ever happened before.

A lovely stay with comfortable rooms, excellent staff, and a great location. Definitely worth the price!
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable, and the pool was exceptionally well maintained. The staff were professional and courteous throughout our stay. The property is also conveniently located near the beach and a variety of restaurants, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

One of the bedside power outlets in our room wasn’t working. However, this was a very minor issue and something that could easily have been overlooked, so I wouldn’t hold it against the hotel.

Perfect stay did not want to leave
Pros:

Beautiful location with a perfect view of the beach. It is walking distance to anything you would want to do. Hope to stay again soon.
