Fantastic hotel right by the water and close to downtown.
Pros:

Excellent location close to beach, Stearns Wharf, and downtown. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We had a room with a balcony and view of the harbor/ocean which was just incredible. Room was spacious and very comfortable bed.
