This property offers outdoor hall access to all guestrooms. All accessible guest rooms are located on the first floor. There is no elevator/elevator available on the property.

Pets are allowed in designated room types only: One King Bed, Two Double Beds.

Pros:

Convenient location and very comfortable beds.
Friendly staff at the front desk.

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing. The only option for gluten intolerant guests were the yogurts. There were no real protein options.
At the very least you could offer Rice Krispies.

Power outages, no hot water, and a front desk that couldn’t care less—this hotel turned my stay into a nightmare.

The only thing I liked about this property was that my car could stay while I was on my cruise.

Cons:

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. During my stay, the hotel lost power three separate times—one outage lasted over an hour. On top of that, there was no hot water at all when I tried to shower.

When I brought these issues to the front desk, the staff showed no concern and offered no solutions. When I asked about the power, I was brushed off as if it wasn’t a big deal. The complete lack of customer service and empathy was frustrating and unprofessional.

I left feeling not only inconvenienced but also completely disregarded as a guest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable stay.

I figured for $200 it would be nice…. Boy was I wrong..

There was hair all over the bathroom sink and bath tub… breakfast is a joke!! We went somewhere else cause literally there was a few muffins, bread for toast I guess and cereal…

Comfortable, spacious, clean room
Pros:

Breakfast was disappointing. For what we paid, I think a hot breakfast would be more appropriate. Loved the golf. Fun morning before we left on our cruise.

Bed were clean
Cons:

Breakfast was said to be full breakfast ...but they called it a grab and go no fruit no eggs no meat no ice not a working ice machine on premise...just cheap pastries, cerial and milk....one of resons pick because said full breakfast included and no pool.

It was decent, but met expectations.
Pros:

Easy stay, staff were kind and printed happy birthday sign for my son. Mini golf was a plus.

Cons:

Many roaches. Roach in our room, and then at breakfast, the lady chased one up the wall with a broom by the kitchen/food area.

Pros:

Liked the location and value.

Cons:

When I paid for the reservation, you changed my request. I said I needed a ground floor, but you changed that and I got a 4th floor room. Fortunately, the Inn was able to change accommodations.
