Customer service staff were helpful. We had trouble getting the TV to work. Room is pretty basic but it was convenient to what we were in town for.
The room smelled of year old syrupy urine when we arrived. Asked the hotel staff to clean it again but after our initial arrival, we booked somewhere else for the evening. Save your money and spend the extra $100 at a nicer hotel in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location. Closer to lots of things to do. The room was spacious with a good sized fridge and microwave. This was great especially with Trader Joe’s across the street. The breakfast was as expected and plentiful.
I’d would recommend this hotel for those who are price conscious as it’s a great value for the price. I’d stay here again.
Mold on air conditioner and the room smelled funny. Air conditioner did not keep the room a decent temperature, had it down and the room was probably 75 and stuffy Thru out the night. Breakfast was barely anything.

The staff was friendly. The room was small.
Easily my favourite accomodation of my trip. Equipped with all the essentials but also possesses a unique cosy and cool vibe. The only con I think of is the shower curtain kinda gets in the way when you shower but to be honest, I think that adds to the character of the place. The space is unbelievably big and very well connected. Excellent comms from the owner. If we had time, we would have stayed longer.

This hotel is run down. We had a second floor room, but included heavy cigarette smoke smell. There was also a hotel cigarette butt ashtray right outside our door.
We came up for MSU Parent's weekend and booked the room back in May. All of the hotels in town we're sold out... so no other option.
Exterior is very run down, parking lot in poor condition, old cars in lot looked like people were living in them, key not required to enter the stairwells or the causeways, made the property feel unsafe

Worked decently for MSU game otherwise I wouldn’t consider. Shower was almost unusable, bright lights shining in the room during the night without room darkening shades, ok area.
