Amazing haunted stay!!!
Pros:

The old hotel building is amazing. The staff are great! Told me lots about the hotel, printed off some more info, showed me the chapel.
The room, 160, was large and comfy. No view really but I was there for the haunted experience, which I had, waking to a force and deep tone at 04:58! Breakfast was nice, and filling. Restaurant is closed on Sundays, but Burger King and KFC are very close.
I would definitely stay again. Good prices off peak.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The room was large and the proximity to the Arnos Vale Cemetery was excellent. Breakfast was nice.

The shower could be more updated.

OK for a work trip, wife would be disappointed but the photos do show some nicer rooms.
Pros:

The public areas were all nice but the room was dated and a little shabby. Did not matter as a one night work trip.

Cons:

Bathroom dated and not what we experience elsewhere. Hotel was an old building and room without Aircon so extremely hot, windows had security wires so would only open 10cm.

Pros:

Friendly staff in reception and bar.very good breakfast .plenty of parking.

Cons:

Poor food selection.drinks were expensive.location was hard to access due to one way system and road works.
