They called it executive room, its ashame I didn't see anything executive about it
Cons:

Beds should be ready done if I booked the room for three adults I don't have to inform them to get the third bed ready for the third adult. When I asked that was the response.
That is not professional.
They should've checked the booking and act accordingly.
Also with the summer heat wave it was so hot inside the room, I had to asked for a good working fan.

Pros:

excellent location, nice big room bathroom was massive ,staff was great very approachable always smiling, would definitely stop here again myself and my son really enjoyed our stay, food beautiful

Cons:

rooms decor could do with updating and front of building lick of paint but nothing major possible hairdryers in room

Cons:

Camera 114 l’ho trovata umida, per questo ho trovato due ventilatori. Non riuscivo ad aprire completamente alta la finestra su e giù a saracinesca, che ci sono blocchi, si apriva al massimo di 10 cm. e mi mancava l’aria. Mancano le prese vicino al letto, un po’ antiquata!

Pros:

Ich habe ein paar wundervolle Tage in Bristol verbracht. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe mehrerer Bushaltestellen, sodass man sich leicht fortbewegen und andere Orte besuchen kann. Ich war in Bath, Wells und Glastonbury. Das Hotel ist gemütlich. Es verfügt über eine große Lounge, in der man Getränke und Cocktails genießen kann. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, ich habe jedenfalls besonders geschlafen.

It was just a quick stop over. Bed was really comfortable. Staff were lovely.
Pros:

All staff were fabulous.
The hotel itself was amazing.
Bed was huge and very comfortable.

Cons:

Food was overpriced for the amount on the plate. But it was nice.
Accommodation in general was a little shabby in places.
Shower kept going hot and cold.
