lovely friendly hotel great location. very helpful staff.
Pros:

very comfortable room with big bed. all fairly basic which we had expected. But bigger than I had thought. First of all they had allocated us a downgraded room - but we questioned this and very quickly they reallocated us to the grade we had paid for (executive) and it was so much better. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Cons:

needs updating - the bathroom was a bit shabby and without the extra radiators it was quite cold in the room . But we had read the reviews and knew what to expect, and it was OK if not good, for the price. Just one thing - I went to breakfast at about 9.45 (service due until 10.30) and there was hardly any bacon or any beans left... I noticed there was only one staff member on duty so maybe more attention there? if anyone came after me the cupboard would have been a bit bare.

Cons:

The mail ceiling light did not work so over the desk and mirror was dark. Neither central heating radiator worked so had to rely on the electric heaters. The hot tap dripped the whole time and when you turned it on, it took a long time for hot water to arrive.

Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good.

Pros:

No me gustó que en lis 3 dias nadie pasó a limpiar
Pararon a poner la silla en su sitio y no limpiaron
Y lo mas que me pidieron garantía y no me la devolvieron del 4 de enero que nos fuimos hasta hoy
Me parece surrealista
Y la ubicación esta muy lejos del centro

Cons:

No me gustó que no pasaron a limpiar y que no me devuelvan nada mas irme la garantía
Eso no me gustó
