They lied about the breakfast an laundry accommodation an they tried to give me a dirty room with broken window
Friendly staff, quiet area, cleanliness is a major issue. As a germophobe I had to buy a can of lysol to spray everything down, and refused to use the shower in the room, thankfully I was visiting family so I was able to shower that way.
Towels didn't smell clean, the AC blew out cockroach smell! The floor was dirty, room next door played loud music
Great place to stay with amazing workers
I booked the hotel for 6 nights only stayed 1 went to check out they had agreed to give me a refund but I had to pay for 2 days which I said fine, Expedia reached out to them and turns out no refund. Sheets had stains on them and water in the shower would not drain and went to ask for another room they said no other room was available keep in mind the room right next to mine looked like the house keeper left the door open, and that door stayed open since I got there to the next morning I got out
Very dirty room.
It was a nightmare of stay. This was with a late check-in and early check out. The nighttime front desk personnel was nice and really tried to accommodate and be helpful. When we first got to our room and when we first stepped out of our vehicle we noticed bugs everywhere. Then my son looked down and noticed three cockroaches before even entering the room. The room itself was very dirty. It didn’t even seem like it was cleaned up after the last people who stayed there. It looks like the towels were not washed and same goes for the linens. The bedsheets had fresh looking blood stains on them. The room was not swept out nor wiped down before our stay. Everybody ended up wearing their sweatsuits with their hoodies up and tied around our faces. We ended up using our spare clothing to put as pillowcases and lay down as bedsheets. Making us spend more money on the road to clean our clothes that we make dirty staying in that room. Which was unfortunate due to the fact that we were on a tight budget and did not have much to spare. Before proceeding to actually sleep in the rooms, we asked the front desk personnel to maybe look for another hotel for us which she did. When she couldn’t find one, she then tried to come up with a solution for the bugs which was giving us a can of bug spray and cockroach sticky plates. When we checked out, we spoke to the daytime personnel who was really short and was trying to basically push us out of the door, obviously due to what we had experienced.
It was dirty. Unfortunately I slept with a roach on the bed. Bathroom was in bad condition too but it could be that it just needed a remodel.
Clean and nice staff.
Bedbugs
Sign was hidden behind trees. First room, door was damaged, door stop broken, didn't catch so when you left the room, the door could be pushed open. Next room was dark, bathroom was not nice, shower curtain streaked with dirt. Patrons partying in their trucks outside doors. Staff was incredibly hard to find. 3 times i went looking for them and nobody was at the desk. Stay here only in a pinch.
It is bad experience
Maddie is always just so polite and customer friendly which is cool cause besides joy no one else that works here is nice. The rate went up every week like the 2nd 3rd lower level hotels n town and they treat you bad cause you've been here 100 day
A/C didn't work that good there was no breakfast
The staff were nice in the room was what you would expect for a $50 room, but it wasn't a problem. Hot water was good, clean towels.Everything goes fine
It was dirty
Good people
Stayed for several days for work. Room was clean and in good condition. The first night a group of construction workers had a tailgate BBQ with libations til midnight. The second night the couple next door HONEYMOONED all night and third night the occupants 2 doors down had a puppy they took outside OFTEN and loudly.
I only had one towel on my room. No fridge , microwave was messed up staff was horrible
The key card never worked, had to have employees let us into room anytime we left, the sign up front kept banging in the wind, the breakfast was aweful, literally only had waffles available, no juice, no coffee
