Hidden 100.00 dollar security deposit at check in, refundable in 3. to 4 business days,it's been 7 days no refund, this should have been mentioned during reservation process, called the front desk still no resolution, just wanted to let everyone know what to expect

A lot nicer than the previous Super 8 that I visited. Was surprised to see it now named Baymont, but with the new name has come some very nice renovations!

Cons:

No complaints. Got a very comfy room for a single night, was barely there for even 12 hours.

Pros:

Everyone was so nice and the late night manager was so welcoming as I had a late travel stop and overnight stay and it was so pleasurable and convenient and so helpful and they allowed me to stay an extra 30 minutes in the morning after check out cuz I was so exhausted and they were just wonderful so I highly recommend this awesome hotel and great Hotel staff so once again, thank you very much, Timothy p., very satisfied hotel guest
