Cozy clean and comfy at a great location
Pros:

Location is great, right next to Tanger outlets with tons of nice restaurants. My personal favorite is one Korean BBQ which is fully packed. Room is cozy, clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen. Breakfast is free with good and simple choices. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Still love it.

Cons:

Front desk staff charged us twice. We r still waiting for the refund.

Below Expectations but OK for overnight. Would not stay a week or more due to Shoddy facilities.

Location good. Some staffers were cheerful.

Cons:

The facilities were in substandard condition. The lock on my door malfunctioned—a regular occurrence, according to the maintenance man—so I had to change rooms. In the next room, the toilet ran continuously, so I had to change rooms again. In the third room, the stove didn't work. Despite all this, management made no effort to compensate me for the trouble, even after watching me lug all my belongings from room to room, which was arduous and time-consuming. I elected not to complain.
