Showing lot of facilities on Website but nothing in the room . We asked the Front Desk Agent about kitchenware stuff but he said we NO KEEP Anything in the room because people are stealing everything.

Pros:

The staff was very responsive! The chair in our room was broken and within 20 minutes of letting them know we had a different chair. They were friendly and helpful when we checked in.
The location was good and there are several restaurants within 1/2 mile.
The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean.

Good ending to a very long trip.
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean, well stocked with towels,etc. Location excellent. Right slap in the midst of the Tanger Outlets. Everything in walking distance if you like walking. Quiet at the property the entire stay. Beds very comfy. The half wall between the beds were a plus for me, it drowned the snores from roommate. Full size fridge was a plus. Very cold too. Microwave was nice and big, not tiny like at majority of places. The decoration in room as well as throughout the property was nice. Plenty lamps and outlets for electronics in the room. Everything in room in great working condition. The room set up is very ideal for multiple people with plenty seperate storage for belongings. Room included iron and ironing board.

Cons:

Trash can under sink had not been taken out prior to our arrival.

I love how close everything was! Tanger Outlet Mall is a short walk with a ton of shops!

Cons:

Sometimes the stair wells had a strong odor. This is honestly the only complaint I have.

Not again.
Pros:

Barren and needs up dating!. Alot if cupboard and cabinets, but no anything in them. Wy bother. Are you supposed to run to Walmart and spend a couple hundred for a stay 1 day or month. Just ridiculous.
