BED BUGS
Pros:

I am very hurt angry and mad because they had bed bugs. My husband and I were bit and they didn’t refund us because we booked with booking.com I have tried to contact for refund to no avail. My husband is soo bad he can’t go to work and we have spent money on meds and doctors! Terrible business not to handle this!

My state was not good. I’m waiting on getting my credit for my reservation so just summon it up it was not a good day

The first room we stayed in there was problems with the door we weren’t able to get in with ease. We had to go get the person from the front desk to come up and get it open and it took him three tries. I then asked for a new room Saturday morning and they gave me another room they had books I have been bitten all over my upper part of my body. I don’t know what kind of bug it was but there were also a little tiny ants all over the place. I left approximately 930 10 o’clock at night.

I was totally impressed with this hotel
Pros:

The blue hotel was one of the nicest who well put together hotels we’ve been in the staff was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The decor was impeccable. If we ever visit Cincinnati again we will stay there again.

Pros:

Bright colors, nice breakfast attendant, bathroom lighting, clean room

Cons:

Overpowering smell of deodorizer when walking into lobby (like trying to hide another bad smell), hard to use room key, dated elevator and stairwell, TINY toilet in room, terrible TV quality and hard to use, couldn't change temp on bedroom heater/AC, bed pillows way too squishy

We would stay again. The colors and presentation made for a upbeat and easy stay

Adequate, easy access, easy stay. Obviously a hotel running on a tight budget yet its 'boutique' and whimsical approach to the setting and decor made for a pleasant stay. The room was a good size.

Cons:

Some details created issues. No bedding/linen available for the sofa bed. No plug for the bath - so could not take a bath. The fridge was noisy and clearly not working.
