Comfortable - Did the job for a short visit.

Generally ok, but there are better options for the price.
Pros:

Location is good. Everything you need is in walking distance. Staff is polite and helpful.

Cons:

I think soundproofing was not invented yet when they were building the hotel. Showers are barely 2 feet wide. Housekeeping may decide to show up if they feel like it.
