Waitress in the restaurant for dinner was the highlight of the stay .... she was exceptional ..... exact opposite for check in staff.
Parking price and method for paying at check in was not good
The location was very convenient. the staff was always nice and the rooms were clean.
The ice machines were broken on several floors and parking was tricky.
The thing we liked most was the staff vert friendly and efficient especially the front desk person
Property is in a very convenient location in downtown Annapolis. It’s very close to the free bus shuttle that takes you on Main Street which we loved.
The parking garage was very tight so it was hard to find a good spot worn our van but they do have a valet option.
Breakfast sandwich in the on site restaurant was excellent, served quickly, and the waitress was very friendly. The valet guy was very friendly and helpful. On site parking is tight, but the valet service is reasonable. There is a public parking garage around the corner from the hotel.
The walls are paper thin, and our "neighbor" played some loud music or a video, but it stopped early enough in the evening for us to sleep. More towels needed in the bathroom and the shower soap dispenser was broken. The person who greeted us at 'sign in' was dressed in blue jeans and a sweater/sweatshirt? (just did not seem professional for a "Hilton"), and she seemed not to care one iota about us checking into the hotel. I had to ask about how to get on to wifi (as no info seemed available), and she seemed sort of irritated that I would ask such a thing. Never smiled.
The staff were very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant to the valets (awesome valets).
The room smelled moldy. I am guessing because it was a handicap accessible room/shower that at some point maybe it was flooded. The shower current was a foot too short so no matter how you had the shower head angled half the bathroom floor ended up wet and that was with us putting down towels and being careful.
The floor looked like they forgot to vacuum or didn't vacuum well.
My side of the bed felt like there was a board under it so it wasn't comfortable but no one else in my party had that.
Location was convenient to all the major stores / restaurants and sited downtown.
The room had no storage drawers for clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases for the 4 day stay. Also, the room was only partly cleaned once during our stay.
Lobby was a mess due to burst pipe . Loud, fans running, plastic up . Snack dispenser unavailable etc
