Good place to stay in downtown Annapolis
Pros:

Very convenient location to art galleries, restaurants, and historic sites. The hotel was clean, quiet and the room and beds were great.

Great location, clean and quiet.
Pros:

The front desk staff when I arrived at 11 am with a question only about the parking said, we have your room ready now if you like. Wow, 4 hours before check in time, that was a first and it wasn’t even requested but was so appreciated.

Cons:

The shower curtain didn’t come down very far and there wasn’t a lip at the floor to retain water. So a lot went out onto the floor making the floor quite slippery.

Great location and staff but parking is inadequate and poorly managed.
Pros:

Great location, 20 minutes walking distance to Maine Street, State Capital, restaurants, bars and museums. Friendly and responsive staff. Good size room, very clean.

Cons:

Parking is inadequate. Very limited number of non-Valet spaces available, we had to squeeze into the only two available (2 guest rooms, two cars); but first had to wait to get to the garage because driveway was blocked by cars waiting for valet. Pre-paid for two day stay. My daughter and her female friend took the car out one afternoon and when returning at 11:30 pm, no spaces were available even though she had pre-paid. Had to park in a garage several blocks away and walk back (two young women in our party) at midnight. They didn’t feel safe.

If one pre-pays for parking, the hotel should guarantee a space will be available throughout the pre-paid duration.

Nice, quaint and convenient
Pros:

Very convenient to downtown venues, the State House and the US Naval Academy - whether walking or driving. Parking is at the hotel, but billed separately. Room was clean and had coffee maker and fridge. Comfortable bed. Rooms are on the small side, but fine for a couple.

To visit and walk to historic Annapolis you have to stay here.
Pros:

It has an excellent location. The room was comfortable, had a good size and had a beautiful bathroom.

Cons:

It does not have a pool.

Dirty underwear
Pros:

On the first night we were getting ready for bed when we noticed dirty men’s underwear left on the floor in the bathroom. We then pulled back the covers to reveal sheets that had not been changed. There was dirt, hair, etc. the front desk was helpful and brought us clean sheets (we made our own bed) and picked up the men’s dirty underwear.

There were also splatters on the mirrors. Overall the place is just dirty.

I was told the manager would reach out to me. However, I never heard from anyone.
