Very disappointing hotel
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were ants all over the room. The room had a chemical smell- maybe pesticide. The shower was weak.

Dont expect european standards of a Hilton hotell
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Staff was helpefull and polite.

Cons:

5$ for a coffee during breakfast is insane. Room was worn, old and not maintaned. (paint job, cracks) There was no " do nut disturb" sign to put on the door and the cleaning staff would come in several times and dint seem to have information on what day i would check out. Also no basic english skills on some cleaning staff. note, dont use headset with full noice cancelling if ur not clothed.

Pros:

Отель в центрі міста, тихі номери, чисто та зручні ліжка. Спиш як на хмарці)) Персонал був ввічливий та готовий допомогти. В номері були стакани, мікрохвильовка , один чай, дві кави , дві води та чайник.Теолевізор гарно працював а WI-FI , був гарної якості, що для отелей рідкість.

Cons:

Вентилятор у ванні кімнаті трішки був шумний але він був з датчиком та виключався пізніше.

Fell way short.
Pros:

Arrives at what was supposed to be a front desk. Receptionist was sitting at a cafe table eating takeout with a friend. She was clueless The garage valet was the only staff that was friendly and competent.

Cons:

The room was small. Didn’t like self check in idea while maybe convenient was difficult while driving and what they wanted was my membership to their online stuff. Uncool

The staff were extremely friendly

Cons:

When we pulled up we were told that the parking was full, only Valet. I believe that is a ploy to have to use the valet for your entire stay. It was pricey and I feel intentional.
