We utilize valet parking, they didn’t park the vehicle in the parking garage. They utilized another parking area. In the possession of valet the truck got broken into. They have video footage. We did a claim with Omni. And was denied the claim. I feel they should be responsible since the vehicle was in their possession of at least replacing everything. Edit: truck had the bed cover and lock toolbox.

We've stayed at various hotels in the city, even the newer ones to give them a try, but cannot compete with their room service and dining experience. Wonderful staff, very helpful and welcoming. Super clean room and speedy service. Our favorite part, they are pet friendly, only wished they had a doggie day care while we go sight seeing or to our conferences. Great views and The Republic of Texas has great cuisine, best restaurant in Corpus Christi

Possibly worst buffet I've ever had. Was very excited to get to enjoy Sunday brunch at the Omni, The tenderloin, chicken and fish were so dry and tuff we couldn't eat it, the doughnuts looked very unappealing. Great view is best I can say. $65 including tip,

Did seem to have the same Omni class as other Omni hotels I have stayed at. Generally it is fine. But I would have expected that housekeeping would make sure there is shower gel in the hotel (mine was empty, I did not mention to front desk thinking they would refill when they cleaned room next day, came back to room late and while they did clean the room, no shower gel) and that hair dryers work.

Republic of Texas restaurant on the top floor is EXCELLENT both in food and service.

The location is great, online reservation process and check in was seamless. The front desk staff is very nice and we enjoyed the coffee shop vouchers. The rooms are dated and furniture/carpets stained. The bathroom sink in one room was clogged and in another room the lights and bathroom plugs didn’t work. BEWARE - if you park in the garage you have to pay for parking at checkout: hidden fees they never disclose until it shows up on your bill. Very poor service. Based on other hotel reviews, these issues have been ongoing for at least several years. I wish I’d read them prior to staying.

Location is excellent for outdoor walking, biking, and exploring. Good restraunts close by walking distance as well as bars and entertainment. Hotel is clean, rooms are big and comfortable, and staff is welcoming

Ruined my Valentine’s Day! Upon check in they had no room available for me. Then had me under the impression that it would be a short wait. They had a room ready 5-6 hours after check in time. Worse hotel experience ever!

Let me begin by stating that I have never felt it necessary to leave a bad review for any establishment but this experience was awful. My room was supposed to be ready at 4pm. If you check out late they charge you extra but don’t reimburse you if they give you your room key over an hour and a half late. Fine. I got rammed in my vehicle at 4:30 pm by another guest in the valet entrance which would not have occurred had my room been ready when it was supposed to be. The 2 stars I’m giving Omni is for the valets and loss prevention guys that were great. The management on the other hand, could use a course in hospitality. After all this, we’re forced to wait in a packed lobby full of people waiting on their late rooms. When I’ve had enough and ask for a refund at around 5:45 pm a room magically becomes available. One of the managers was arrogant and behaved as if helping the common folk was beneath him. At this point I just want to lay down so I go up to the room and there is a huge stain on the curtain. That’s not even the problem. Just don’t touch the curtain. The problem is that after I took off my shoes and walked to the bed to lay down I noticed I stepped in something brown and it was on the bottom of my sock. There was something BROWN on the bottom of my sock. I’m praying that it was soda. But I don’t think it was. Valentine’s Day was officially declared a bust. I’m not an expert on hotels. My last name is not Hilton. BUT, I was expecting better from a supposedly classy place. If how you are treated matters to you, you get better treatment down the street at a cheaper place. I know cause I’m writing this review from one of them.

Don't park you truck in their parking lot. The hotel knows that there is a high likely that it will get broken into and if you have a trailer hitch that will get stolen.

Clean and safe , with easy check in and check out. Very nice & helpful employees. Great location with easy parking lot. Love the flavor water in the lobby.

Great staff. Excellent Restaurant. Furniture is old and should be replaced. Noise level could be improved. Failed to provide a feather free room upon arrival, causing an hour delay while room was cleaned. Put something that looks good on the roof for rooms that overlook it. Nice ocean view, minus the roof.

It really is the only place to stay in Corpus---it checks all the boxes. Nice rooms, good restaurant, bar, valet parking, friendly service. great location and views. The rooms are certainly competitive priced. We've stayed there since it was called the Hershey!
