Excellent place to pamper yourself!
Pros:

The customer service was excellent!

Cons:

We were placed in a room overlooking the pool. The air conditioning generator for the entire property was temporarily relocated from the roof over the garage to the pool area- It was really loud 24/7 and made it difficult to sleep. The front desk responded immediately to my concern and gave us a new, very quiet room!

The next time I'm in town I will seek other hotel reservations. Some other hotel.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

For the breakfast Sunday morning ,, WE just had Coffee ... two coffees the bill was $10.83 in which I paid in cash. I gave $11.00 and the paper bill to the head desk clerk and the tip at the table. Then I got charged the $10.83 on my credit card. Is that the way the Hotel does business??
