Disappointing
Pros:

Pool was clean.
Quiet gym

Cons:

First, parking was really expensive and very hard to find. It was very tight and crowded.
The electric stairs that went up were out of service
At breakfast and the dinner restaurant, rude and unknowlowgeable staff.
Bath products should have better fragrance and quality.

Pros:

Welcome greeting and checking in was GREAT and quick! Dinner @ the Switchgrasslanding was delicious! Checkout was quick and fast, the view from the room was fascinating! Room was comfy and clean! The bar @ Caller & Critic was awesome and drinks were GREAT!

Cons:

Switchglass landing manager in the MORNING BUFFET BREAKFAST was not so nice, and seemed overwhelmed, she was very rude and was not pleasant to deal with. She didn't acknowledge anyone and was just rude! On the a pisitive note, the staff was great, smiling and very helpful.

It was not worth the money.
Pros:

View was good. Room was big and ok for 4 people.

Cons:

No free parking? No free Wifi? I paid 740 usd for just 2 nights and Couldnt get free parking or wifi? This is absurd. The beds are way too tall for the elderly. My mom had to sleep in the couch in fear of falling from the tall beds. 2 elevators broke and it was total Chaos on sunday waiting for one. We used the stairs only to find that once you reach the first floor (form the 9th) the door was closed and could not get to the lobby, had to walk up 2 mode floors to get to the automatic stairs to get bakc down to the lobby.
