I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The property was clean and a short walk to dining outside of what the hotel had to offer. The location and the view from our room were both great as well.

Terrible mistaking booking this Omni!

Cons:

The room was not comfortable in that AC made the room very full of condensation feeling! Usher advised not to open balcony door as it increased room condensation and AC would shut off! Sheets and bed covering were feel damp! We left day early due to it was just not good for us!

Not good
Pros:

Excellent customer service from wait staff, front desk and pool staff. Very poorly maintained, oldest Omni with lack of care from Regional Operations Management. Do not stay here, see photos. Please go to the Hilton or Marriott in Padre Island. Much better overall.

Terrible first visit
Pros:

My 7 month old and i stayed at this hotel and had a Live Cockroach in our bed. Extremely upsetting especially for a high priced hotel

Pros:

Motorcycles racing up and down the road blaring music called front desk the girl said only thing they can do is call the cops how about install doors to stop noise they have a problem and will not address it Beware do not stay here

A Weekend in Corpus Christi at the Omni Hotel.
Pros:

Sitting on Shoreline Drive in Corpus Christi, TX is an excellent hotel with an exceptional view. From Check in to dining, sitting at the bar, to using the exercise equipment, and check out, all my experiences were wonderful, and the staff were excellent.
Dining at the Switch Grass, I was fortunate to meet such wonderful people like Amy, Erika, Laura, Maria, and Leslie. They were superb in their treatment of the customers visiting each morning, or in the evening. They have a wonderful staff. Also, I would like to complement Donnie at the bar. He had such a well-rounded knowledge of whiskeys and bourbons.
Those six individuals on staff are the reason I will utilize Omni Hotels in my future travels in hopes of meeting others who are that caring for the guests needs. Thank You for such a positive experience.

Outstanding Stay at the Omni
Pros:

Excellent stay at the Omni in Corpus Christi. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Beautiful view from our Balcony. We exceptional excellent customer service from check in to check out, everyone is very helpful, ready to assist.

When we stayed there was no water. We were told we'd get a refund.. still waiting

No water when we stayed. Waiting for a refund, they told us to contact booking.com which we did. And booking.com said they have not heard back. We tried calling the hotel and no answer... We were told that we would receive a refund and still have not.

This is an Omni? No Hot Water, Use The Locker Room shower!
Pros:

Booked a King Signature room. Was told on arrival they overbooked but they would "upgrade" me to a better view room, but it was a double. We didn't care too much about the smaller beds but we were ready for our hot shower after a day at the beach. That never came. I called and they told me to wait a while. It never got warm. We took cold showers. The next morning there was still no hot water. When I called they said it was close to checkout and that I could use the locker room showers on the 2nd floor if I needed a hot shower. 3 calls and not one time did they offer to change rooms or to repair the shower.
I was with my girlfriend. I doubt they wanted us in the locker room shower...or maybe they did.
All of this was unacceptable and yet they still took my $300.
