Bed was comfortable and the view and location was great. Room service was great.

Cons:

The shower never got hot. There was hair in the shower and a couple little black bugs in the bed. My hitch on my truck was stolen from where ever valet parked my truck.

Pros:

The location and the 2 restaurants at the hotel had amazing food.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and we asked the maid for 2 coffee cups the next day. The maid was rude and told us to go the front desk for the cups. The front desk also could not provide them.

Omni lost its touch and should be used as a last resort to avoid health hazards (roaches) and inconveniences

Had a good view, showers were nice too and the elevators are fast, and area is convenient

Cons:

Had a roach in our room, construction in the hotel started at 8-9am with no prior notice and well before checkout time so the noise was unbearable and woke us up along with other guests, we also found marijuana on the balcony tucked into the corner dried out, then we had a horrible dining experience in their restaurant. all around it was awful and they only refunded me my parking charge… i cant provide the construction noise in this review but i have videos of it happening in the morning

Communication between booking.com and the Omni hotel. My family was the only one to suffer.

I booked this hotel room through booking.com.
I requested a crib for my baby and a roll away bed for my daughter. Both requests were approved on Thursday. My stay was on Saturday. On Saturday at 5:30 PM I was told they were out of cribs. They indicated that booking.com approved the request and not them. They are working together to make money I don’t understand how it was my fault. My baby boy had to end up sleeping on a roll away bed with my wife.
