Club Wyndham Mauna Loa Village

Check in/out was fast. Parking was good. I just felt nervous because I had to walk the same path the cars are coming and leaving. It’s super dark and I was hoping I wouldn’t get hit. I used my flashlight on my phone. Property well maintained. The pillows sucked. Everything else was fine. The room was nice and big and clean.

Pleasant people and accommodating. Will go again

It was good. The only thing is far away to the parking.

Great for our family of 5. Very comfortable and clean. Wish we could have stayed at least one more day. Would love to be back again soon!

We stay here often but was disappointed this time around. We dealt with a really rude front desk staff member, did not get in the area we requested, did not get our daughter's room close to our room, and were just not impressed with customer service. Spas were either too hot, too cold, and not working. We will try one more time and then go in search of a friendlier place that is better maintained.

I would have liked the pool to be a little cleaner, and the Jacuzzi to be a bit hotter. otherwise very relaxing and the staff was very responsive.

Liked the entire experience

It was a very roomy, clean, and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the pool just outside our unit, and lovely landscaping.

Would be nice to have a restaurant-bar on site for those times when we did t want to cook and didn’t want to drive, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was gracious and helpful!

Check in experience was odd/unclear - someone was waiting in a golf cart in the parking lot that we just happened to stumble upon. it was 10:30 pm and dark. We found the man unfriendly at check in. The check in staff the following morning were more friendly and helpful.

Suite is very minimally stocked which is a big downer. very minimal dishes, no tin foil/food wrap. no condiments at all. very frugally stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher/laundry tabs, body wash was empty. Though, front desk did restock when asked but would have been more convenient if the suite was well stocked for 5 people from the beginning.

Kitchen was VERY small and not what pictured when booked on Expedia. shared BBQs to use on property which worked well and were clean.

Ample parking, 3-5 minute walk from our suite. They were able to accommodate our two vehicles at no extra cost.

Nice to have pickleball courts on property but wish there was a way to reserve a court.

AC worked well.
Nice lanais off both bedrooms.

Ample pools with hot tubs for all guests, though could use a good clean/scrub down.

very pressured check out experience. cleaner was waiting outside our front door at 09:45, though check out was 10:00.

Biggest downer: shared beach chairs/umbrellas for all units and is first come, first serve. We ended up buying our own because there were none available when we went at 8 am. In my opinion each unit should have had their own, this is a must when travelling to Hawaii.
