Agréable
Pros:

J'ai réalisé deux séjours dans cet hôtel, à un mois d'intervalle. La première fois, je suis tombé sur une chambre plutôt spacieuse, propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est d'une bonne qualité : produits locaux, beaucoup de choix, les produits sont bons. La décoration de l'hôtel est agréable, les lits sont confortables et le personnel est très agréable.

Cons:

Lors de mon deuxième séjour, la chambre n'était pas très pratique, douche très petite, semblable à celles que l'on trouve dans les ferrys, avec les toilettes collés à la douche et peu d'espace pour disposer des affaires. Il y avait également une marche pour y accéder. En cas de PMR pensez à demander une chambre accessible.

Pros:

I can say only good things about the hotel. The location is a little away from the train stations, but very close to the old city. Rigth next to the hotel there is a small shop to buy water or tea, which was very helpful.
The hotel stuff was superb, very polite and very pleasant to talk to.
The room was always very clean and I must say very cosy.
In general the whole atmosphere of the hotel was very nice.
The breakfast was excellent (though I'd suggest a sign on where to find the hot water/tea/coffee as it's not obvious and the little hall seemed like hotel personnel area)

Cons:

Two very minor details, which can be very easily resolved.
The room was already small (though very cosy), but it had an unnecessary table-like shelf mounted on the wall which made the passage to the window quite difficult (good thing I'm flexible, but for a bulkier person it might be inconvenient).
The liquid soap in the shower was placed near the hot water tube, with my not very careful movements I managed burnt my hand once (obviously I was putting it away to the side of the cold pipe later, but without knowing it was quite painful to touch the hot tube).
The ventilation in the bathroom was a little too weak, I'd suggest putting a ventilation grid directly on the door to ease the problem and also to avoid any mould growth.

On est quand même très contents
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses, et très confortables. Propreté impeccable. Le personnel adorable et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux : charcuterie, pains et fromages de qualité, un grand choix de boissons et confitures.

Cons:

Absence de volets, et les rideaux sont abîmés et pas occultant. Pas mal de lumière des lampadaires dans la chambre ce qui n'est pas agréable malheureusement. L'hôtel aurait tout à gagner à changer les rideaux et réparer les roulements

pleasant with the exception of my breakfast experience

breakfast but the waiter was not nice at all!

Cons:

Waiter was rude when I was 5 minutes early for breakfast and needed to get going to my business meeting. He wouldn't let me eat until exactly 7am! Second issue. I'm still waiting for the release of the hold on my card for $151.06, this is from February and it's March now!!!!!!
