Pros:

the hotel was spotless! the room had comfy beds, flooring instead of carpets, and a bidet! they also provide all the bathing products in pump bottle instead of wasteful little plastic containers.

Second to none
Pros:

Everything was great we just forgot to book a room close to elevator, bubby is in remission and has hard time walking, our room was at farthest end of hall. Will book next time

It was great. I’ll book again.
Pros:

The staff, they are very professional. The facility is clean, clean carpets in the hallways. The suite was really nice with modern furnishings. Comfortably bed and cloud pillows.

Cons:

Well, the hotel happed to be packed that weekend, and of course, inevitably you get some rif rafs. There was fighting in the hallway on the 9th floor along with loud tv volumes. Eventually had to call down to the desk. It took sometime, but eventually they managed to stop it.

Over all Everything was great.the front desk stuff were friendly 👍
Pros:

The toilet had a bidet spray you could wash yourself with water😍👍

Cons:

The only issue was that the shampoo, body wash, and hand wash were all the same liquid only the labels were different.☹️

Wasn't the greatest experience
Pros:

The hotel room was clean with a very nice view. Service desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only issues I had with the the 2 night stay:
1. The ad said that the rooms were sound proof - my room was adjoined with another door for a group stay, but I was there as a solo guest. I could hear my neighbors loud TV and talking. Hard to sleep in when you hear this. So much for a sound proof room.
2. The hot tub jets on the first night weren't working ( that was rectified at the end of the evening). This was a big part of why I chose this hotel.
3. The hot tub itself, wasn't clean. Lots of foam, this is an indicator of mass bacteria growth. I was silly enough to sit in it for over 5 minutes as my muscles needed some heat. I ended up with rashes on my arms, and legs. The loud radio music while in the hot tub wasn't great either. Silence would be better.
Also, over $400 for 2 nights as a solo person - also seemed a bit excessive in price.

Very clean hotel, convenient location, price is good
Pros:

Clean, location, amenities, bath robes are fluffy and cozy

Cons:

Lobby smell,
A little challenging to locate the gym and the pool
Messaged the hotel before checking in, no answer received
Check in experience needs to be improved, as the person who did our check in was unpleasant and unprofessional (female receptionist: And***) the rest of the staff was friendly especially the night staff.

Verblijf tijdens werkzaamheden.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel en schone kamers. Fijn Japans stijl toilet.
Locatie zeer goed.

Cons:

Beetje oudbollig hotel. Ontbijt is in het restaurant maar staat los van het hotel. Menu kaart beetje Amerikaans, veel en vet.
