Pros:

Got off on the wrong foot the general manager doesn't like locals staying in her hotel so she took my money and canceled my confirmation order so I couldn't stay it was late enough that I couldn't find other accomidations... need I say more?

I loved the variety of breakfast options.

Cons:

I was scheduled for late check out and confirmed it with front desk but housekeeping kept knocking and I kept telling them about it, till I called the front desk. Communication was not there.

The staff was amazing! The room was spacious and the breakfast was great.

the booking price was way more than the actual hotel was charging. They couldn't change it bc I booked through booking.

Pros:

As a tea drinker, I appreciate the choices available. Food was freshly made and hot. Especially liked the DIY waffles and choice of juices.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. I did not like being charged for parking. That is ridiculous considering how much open space is available.

Cons:

I was charged twice. I received a communication that my booking.com payment was not accepted by your facility. I cancelled the booking.com reservation and purchased a room when I arrived. Then I was still charged for the cancellation. I am working with booking.com to get reimbursed but the whole experience was very upsetting.
