Pros:

Dear Management and staff at The Midnight Hotel. Canberra,
Last time I was in Canberra a couple of years ago, a friend of mine recommended your establishment, The Midnight Hotel. I had been disappointed by some of your main competitors on earlier visits. Some of them were too far out from the town centre, a couple had no restaurant, and there were other reasons of atmosphere for example, which is subjective but important.
I would not stay anywhere else but the Midnight Hotel now. Close to the centre of town, with a restaurant and a bar, extended opening hours, comfortable rooms, and very welcoming atmosphere.
I stayed with you for three nights, checking in on March 4 and out on March 7. I had room 503. Very comfortable.
All your staff were of the highest calibre. From the receptionist when I booked in, who had a smile like a sunny day after I had spent four hours behind the wheel driving through a fierce storm, to your restaurant staff, who on one evening were happy to make me a dessert even though it was just on a closing time.
I would like to extend the highest praise to the staff at the Midnight Bar, Troy, Chris and Manou. I don't know if I have the spelling correct but I'm sure you know who I mean.
My daily Canberra sightseeing was normally done by mid afternoon and so I went to the bar at about 3 pm or so each afternoon of my stay. Troy's service was excellent. On the first day he described all the beers which helped me choose one, and a very nice one it was too.
The extra element of service that stood out above what one would normally expect, is that Troy brought my beer out to the table for me, and when I wanted to order a meal, he served that at the table as well, including cutlery and napkins.
Please note that I did not ask him to do that, he did it of his own volition. I appreciated it greatly because I'm partially disabled and I need to get around on a walking stick, so table service was a blessing.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel experience
Pros:

Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Included minibar is a plus.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, bed was so comfy, bar/restaurant on site were great, sauna and pool good size and clean. Can't fault the hotel - we actually extended another night!

Un hôtel d'excellent standing pour un prix très abordable

Un restaurant de qualité, une piscine parfaite pour nager des longueurs.
Le personnel très avenant et serviable.
Le minibar offert, le parking en sous-sol.
Le quartier est sympa et propose de nombreux restaurants ; en revanche il est éloigné des musées

Cons:

La chambre est un peu sombre et bruyante ( moteurs de climatisation et piscine qui résonnent dans l'atrium).
L'aspiration très bruyante de la salle de bains

Pros:

I was greeted with a smile and answer all my question well . I went down to park the car and in the lift i was having trouble and the same Person who greated me Also help in the lift and was very pleasant
