La camera era molto pulita, i cuscini e il materasso erano il TOP morbidi.
La colazione per me era più che sufficiente.
Le ragazze alla reception molto carine con i clienti.

Overall, everything was good, will stay again, plan to return with family.
Pros:

Was a little skeptical about the stay as some pictures lie. Hotel was clean, not much verbal communication needed with staff, but everyone smiled when eye contact was made. Dining area attendant greeted everyone. (loved that). Bed was super comfortable, it was a quiet and peaceful property, pool area clean, water clear. A lot of food places and shopping not too far.

Cons:

Toilet seat, it was not nasty or anything, just looked like a new one could've been put in or maybe it was the type of toilet seat. I wished the breakfast had turkey sausage as an option, warm boiled eggs, scrambled eggs will do just fine every morning, the cheese omelet tasted rubbery.

the bed had a strong unpleasant odor, basic toiletries like a comb and razor were not provided, there was no evening air
Cons:

Very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel charging over $150 for one night.

When I arrived at Pensacola Airport in the evening, I was told that there was no one available to pick me up from the airport. I therefore had to pay for transportation from the airport to the hotel myself, which was very frustrating after choosing the hotel partly for its convenient airport location.

Pros:

The people were friendly and it was clean. It had a 2 bedroom suite which was just what we needed that no other hotels offered.
They also had a free 5-7 social time with Tex mex one night and warm soft pretzels with cheese the other.

Cons:

The toilet paper roll dispenser was about to fall off the wall.

Pros:

First time staying by a Staybridge. Nice and clean. Nothing luxurious, but meets my needs in every aspect. Especially the well equipped kitchen and the normal size fridge. Perfect for family travel on a road trip.

Facilities are great, the free breakfast was the usual. The front desk is absolutely not accommodating.
Pros:

Great price and location. The king sweet was really nice and big.

Cons:

The lady that checked us in was not very welcoming at all. I’m not sure her calling is to make customers feel welcome and valued.
