Could be great!!
Pros:

Location wonderful. View, set up, staff all great.

Cons:

I understand it was a cold snap but the fact you cant control temp in own room was surprising and disappointing. Yes they turned it up, but the room was still not warm enough. The breakfast was also disappointing. Reasonable choice but sausages were not warm and some were almost charcoal like on 1 side. Coffee also not hot. Pity because so much potential and not as good as last time I stayed. Still good but should be better.

A great hotel within a short walk to town. Would stay again and recommend.
Pros:

Modern, clean and very comfortable room. An exceptional view over Napier Bay. A short walk to town and all the restaurants. Car parking was available.
