Cleaning staff took forever we had to keep checking if they cleaned it 2.30pm still hadn't been done. This was really the only thing I didn't enjoy. We were on the 5th floor but overall the place was lovely.

What a lovely hotel to stay at. The room was warm. Location was Handy to everything. The real bonus was being able to take our dog with us to stay. We loved it and she loved it. We had room service dinner each night and the food was great and the service was great. The buffet breakfast was lovely as well. Will definitely stay again

Great location. Decor looking a bit tired. Staff responsive and helpful. Air-conditioning units are in need of upgrade. Not working effectively. One room of 2 booked was changed due to noisy and not running on heating. The other rooms unit worked but not all that well.
