Nice stay with great view but somewhat noisy room.
Pros:

Nice location across the street from the beach. Semi-circle building with all rooms facing the water and the street so cars can be heard driving by especially when horns are honking at night and early morning. Room was clean with plenty of electrical outlets. Easy walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops although shops closed at 5pm on weekdays. Breakfast buffet was okay but packed full of people each morning at 6:30am opening. Dinner available as well but we ate out every night. No on site fitness center but able to access health spa across the street (fitness center - free; pool - $10) from 5:30am opening although very busy at that time. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We booked suite and its 2 bed rooms connected - one into living rooms and one into Bedroom - self service laundry machines available - we really enjoyed our stay - everything walking distance - love to come back again and again

Defintely worth that little bit extra over other accomodation options.
Pros:

6th floor, excellent seaside view. Room very modern and spacious. Location, easy 10 min walk to supermarket, and cafes, bars and shops close proximity.

Cons:

No microwave in room, but not a major.

Great location in Napier
Pros:

Great location, nice view and lots of parking. The room was a great size and had all the expected facilities. Got a discount to use the pools across the road which is higly recommended.

Cons:

Would be easier if had remote for the AC in the room.

Great view, friendly staff but the rooms need some updating
Pros:

The view was tremendous and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable and the room was dated. Had to crouch in the shower and I am not very tall

Excellent Option for a Stay in Napier.
Pros:

Very good hotel, on the Napier sea front. Easy access to the city centre, too and a short if slightly energetic walk up Bluff Hill, which gives you great views of the surroundings.
The hotel is well-appointed for a small city. The breakfast options are good (buffet-style) and the dinner menu was right up our street. The food was well-cooked and the waiter service very attentive.
The rooms were good, too, and everywhere was clean and tidy.
Great value for money.
We would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Great location - we will be back for the art deck festival next year!
Pros:

The location was perfection! It was lovely to sit at the chairs at the front of the room overlooking the ocean. So easy to walk to the restaurants and beach.

Cons:

The lobby is very small and was very congested with other guests when we were trying to check in.

The hotel is very well situated on the sea front,so good view,but our rooms view was restricted by a large tree,no problem really would suggest try to go high,local bars restaurants and shops all close.Lovely art deco town in wine country
