Good location, poor experience
Pros:

Good location to explore Napier. Free on site parking.

Cons:

I was not greeted promptly on arrival, two staff members finished their conversation before addressing me. Very noisey late in the evening with people running up and down corridor and slamming doors. Response from staff unsatisfying when addressing concerns the next day.

Awesome views and location, just a short walk to the restaurants and bars .
Pros:

The view and Location is very good. p

Cons:

Probably need to get rid of the baths now as we are getting older and it can be hard to climb over the bath to get a shower. but that is all.

It was average. I am disappointed in the service, and the breakfast was very ordinary.

Cons:

The staff all seemed to have trainee badges on, check in was less than satisfactory, questions over the rate, the charges, and check in (room wasnt ready, was asked to take a seat, had to ask again after 20 minutes as no-one had responded, communication poor here)

A great break away
Pros:

Loved every moment of my stay right from check in to check out. All staff well trained, not in your face but attentive, friendly and efficient . Bed extraordinary . Dinner so delicious. Loved the focus on local . Breakfast just as yummy. Gold card discount a bonus
