Mai gives the perfect massage 💆‍♀️ really great spa experience. Great hotel and everything is clean and good as new. Especially the spa and gym. Really recommend!

I spent 3 days from 28/09 to 01/10 to be here. It was a great time ever in my life and i wont regret comming here again. The food was delicious and the restaurant's staff also really nice. Rachel welcomed me with a warm greeting and helped me a lot with the hotel benefit which i was really confused. Special thanks to Melia and Rachel.

Breakfast and pool were 10/10

Everything was amazing from the rooms, restaurant, pool and gym. I would just say that the children play area was not up to the level of the rest of the hotel and could no with some upgrading. But, besides that my family had a wonderful stay.

When planning to Hai Phong, I decided to choose Melia Vinpearl HP as my accomodation here without any hesitation.I hoped my stay would be perfect with the most luxury services.The lobby is well-decorated, the gym is well-equipped,the room is clean and nice.I like the pool also. I really appreciated F&B staff.They were kind and friendly. However, I was depressed about "hospitality" of some hotel staff.Sometimes I felt as I was neglected.This experience made me down a little bit.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic except the room service. Twice we ordered breakfast room service and twice it was the incorrect items which arrived, on the second occasion the correct order only arrived after two attempts and an hour and a half of waiting. When only four items are on the breakfast room menu getting it correct shouldn’t be that difficult?

This hotel is grand! it's beautiful with a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are super cozy. The shower has great water pressure. The breakfast buffet goes on and on and on! Too bad my appetite couldn't keep up. The location could be closer to town but is definitely walkable and a very short ride with a car. You can use their sauna and spa for free. Their pool is really nice too but there were too many kids for it to be peaceful.

Good property

You get great value for your money at this hotel. Everything is nice and clean, and in a good area of the city. Only downside is we had some language barriers, especially at the restaurant. We don’t expect them to be fluent in English in anyway, but considering this hotel is international and five stars, we do expect them to know basic words. However we had a nice stay and would recommend it.
