OK but overpriced

Elevator not working the morning I checked out, so I had to drag my large suitcase down the stairwell from the third floor. Also -No coffee bar and breakfast included in the price, instead there was a Starbucks in the lobby selling overpriced everything. Bathroom and shower area needs fresh grout.

Cons:

We stayed and paid for 3 nights and had same bedding and towels. 2 rolls of toilet paper, went out and bought some...did ask for more towels and received...but room okay

Won’t come back due to frig
Pros:

Clean rooms but I don’t like being in a closed area. I wanted a balcony to sit enjoy the night outside not at pool

Cons:

The refrigerator. Only stayed on for 3 hrs. I had insulin. Maintence man came but he did not speak English nor did he know how to operate the frig.

Exactly what I needed from a hotel, clean sheets and a warm bath. All the staff was so sweet and helpful, might just go back to Tampa for the hotel stay alone<3
