If you dont need your deposit . Its ok place to stay
Pros:

The stay was decent , the breakfast was great . The staff was nice.

Cons:

You promised deposit back in 4 days . Try 10 days your Hotel held on to it. Book the room for the 18th of January . Deposit wont be returned til the January 28th. Not ok. Not cool . This is not the communication I've recieved from the Hotel .

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable and my Deposit was held for 10 days . Not what the front desk relayed to me. Its misleading . Its dishonest and Theres no way I should be waiting 10 days for a deposit that was promised to be returned in 4 days . Clearly when the room had no damage no issues .

The room smelled bad, and the windows only opened to a maintenance yard. Breakfast wasn't available by the advertised time, so we missed it.

I will use this hotel again when visiting the fam in WSAC.
Pros:

I spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was everything I expected from a simple but nice comp breakfast, great location near markets and freeways and I think I got the largest room on the property....an added bonus.

Pros:

Everything was good until the last day, and I was stuck in the elevator for quite a while while my quadriplegic son was in the room by himself. Then I couldn't get my son's electric wheelchair downstairs for several hours, which put our whole trip off schedule. We were in town for the Ironman California, with the next destination being the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington DC. The elevator mishap took out a day of drivetime, allowing no way to get to the next race in time. While in the elevator, I kept calling the front desk and getting hung up on. I was hitting the emergency buttons, and it seemed like it was being ignored. After they finally got the elevator going enough that we could get downstairs, the staff was very helpful in getting my luggage, etc, out before the elevator quit again. They were quick to inform me that they don't give discounts even though I didn't ask. It did seem that the least they could have done is give me some extra rewards points for my inconvenience.

Pros:

We were traveling for a music festival, front desk staff was very accommodating, very friendly. Cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and friendly. The area was clean, felt safe, walking distance to food, drinks, grocery, many restaurants. Will def stay here again. Our only complaint would be the shower and bath, some cleaning and fixing up would make it better. Still gave 5 stars.

Pros:

Front desk staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Cleaning staff was always smiling and very nice and took care of us. We stayed here for a 4 day music festival and the area felt safe, a lot of options for food, drinks and grocery’s within walking. I will say our only complaint would be the tub and shower, it needs some work but overall still have 5 stars overall. Will def stay here again!

Nice But very noisy
Pros:

Team at hotel was great. Room cleaning was very good. If your room faces the rental warehouse be prepared for noise waking you up @ 6am with truck beeping. Noise from other rooms shower … hallway was hot think from the ice machine producing heat. Room were nice and tv good. But just overall the noise was disturbing.
