Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie.

Cons:

Muy comoda, buena atencion en recepcion y muy buena situacion

La ubicacion me parece perfecta para pasar unos dias en la ciudad. Muy centrico y a la vez tranquilo durante la noche

Justo en nuestros dias de estancia comenzaron unas obras en el hotel, con las incomodidades que esto conlleva, aunque se han sobrellevado bien

Viešbutis yra labai patogioje vietoje, geras susisiekimas su visais lankytinais objektais. Personalas labai paslaugus ir draugiškas. Kambariai buvo tvarkomi kiekvieną dieną, viskas labai švaru ir patogu.

Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Colazione abbondante e molto variegata, ottima attenzione alla segnalazione di tutti gli allergeni.
Posizione centralissima e vicino alla metro. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Stanza abbastanza grande e molto pulita. Gradite le ciabattine e accappatoio da utilizzare durante il soggiorno.

Cons:

In camera aggiungerei il caffe solubile alle tisane presenti e un'ulteriore sedia visto che ne è presente solo una.
Il sistema di riscaldamento è abbastanza rumoroso, ma perfettamente funzionante.

Very negative experience. The hotel rooms are old and not all well maintained, the hotel clearly needs to be restructure.In my room the washbasin was broken and the lights of the room not working and nobody came to fix even we solicited support.The receptionist Natalia very unpleasant, not present at the desk for the check in (at 6 pm nobody was at the reception we had to wait for her 15 minutes as nobody was there!! ),she was wishing is not to come back only because we politely complained for the lights of the room not working and shouting at us while making a video of us with her mobile phone. I don’t recommend at all to stay in this hotel.

Pros:

Nous venons de passer 3 nuits au petit palace. Nous avons beaucoup aimé sa situation, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté et le confort de la chambre (pour 3, 2adultes et 1 ado), le buffet petit déjeuner délicieux. Tout était parfait. Nous le recommandons vivement !
