Nice stay!
Pros:

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The comforters were soft yet kept me warm. The 'elite' breakfast buffet was excellent, but the highlight was the service. When you walk in, Ms. Celeste is the first person to welcome you at the desk. She is very polite and provides excellent customer service; her greeting is heartfelt, and she is always willing to answer any questions.

Pros:

The Westin hosted a conference a two-day conference, arriving the day prior, and leaving the day after. It was a very pleasant time. The hotel has extensive facilities, great service, and great food as part of the conference and otherwise. Room was delightful, clean, and quiet.

My stay with the Westin-Charlotte was phenomenal
Pros:

The halibut meal at The Dogwood restaurant was exceptional. The staff was polite, professional and friendly. They offered great meal suggestions and paid attention to details.
