Went to dogwood and was greeted by Colson at valet. Safe to say I will be back.
The room was clean and quiet. The way the employees were helpful and waiting with open doors to welcome everyone back from the concert.
I did not like the fact that is some levels of the parking ramp did not have signage to help you maneuver from the ramp back up to the hotel itself.
The Westin Charlotte exceeded all of my expectations. I chose this hotel for its convenience to the convention center, where my conference was being held, but it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. The hotel is fabulous, and the staff at check in were fantastic, telling me about local attractions and recommending bars to visit in the evening. I ultimately decided to stay at the hotel and experience the hotel bar while enjoying a late-night snack, and I am so glad I did. The food is stellar and far exceeded what I expected from hotel dining. The rooms are spacious, and the Heavenly Bed always puts me to sleep and leaves me waking up refreshed. I also appreciated that the room has electrical outlets and charging options everywhere, making it incredibly convenient to keep all of my devices powered throughout my stay. My favorite amenity, though, was the gym. It is huge and offers a wide variety of free weights, strength machines, cardio equipment, and even TRX bands for a more complete workout. Having such a well-equipped fitness center made it easy to stick to my routine even while traveling for business. The hotel really made attending my conference effortless and helped me stay on track with both my professional and personal needs. This hotel is definitely a keeper for all of my future stays in Charlotte.
Stewart was so courteous and helpful. Best service in town
Westin service was wonderful! Curtis and Stuart hooked us up with restaurant recommendations and taxis.
Location excellence

Disappointing. Hotel is aged. Rooms are average. I could overlook that if service was good but 24 hours in it hasn’t been.
I had a medium rare steak ordered which came well done. Virtually cremated.
Then after leaving my suit for dry cleaning for 24 hours and then having to chase up where it was this evening not once but twice, turns out it had been sitting crunched up in a bag ‘out back’.
Not good enough and not what I would expect from the Marriott brand.
I had the most amazing experience from May 1 to May 3rd. The staff was awesome and Althea went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a great experience. I even ran into Rubin Studder. I highly recommend!
Nice hotel for conferences
Nice and clean rooms
Amazing vibe
Nice restaurants in hotel
Marriott bonvoy members get points and advantage/benefits
Nice spot for conferences
Didn’t partake in the breakfast, but everything looked amazing
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like
I attended a conference and this was the discounted hotel. If I knew how bad the room was going to be, I would have stayed at a different hotel. There are plenty to choose from within walking distance of the hotel. There was no closet or drawers for my clothes! I had to lay out my clothes on the spare bed. The bathroom door would not stay open. The bathroom smelled. The curtains would not close. There was no water pressure and the shower system was defective. Two shower heads and one barely worked. There was blinking lights in the room from the various systems. There was no place to put things in the bathroom. See attached photos. I usually don't give reviews but this was so bad, I need to warn others what to expect.
The Staff is phenomenal Radelyn and Brogan are the best
The location was great for the convention center and easy access to the NASCAR museum. Clean rooms, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Basic room with a mini fridge and a small coffee pot. Nothing more than that.
The breakfast buffet is $32 but there is an option to get some basic items on room service for less.
Came to Westin on a business trip, I wasn't going to park Valet but her customer service made me choose out wise
Valet Manager Randylyn is the best in charge, she's always there to help
