Prachtige lokatie en kamer, wel wat kleine verbeterpunten
Pros:

De lokatie is prachtig. Wij hadden half pension en zowel het ontbijt als het diner waren goed. Het diner was wel elke dag nagenoeg hetzelfde en het tempo van opdienen lag erg hoog. Meer variatie door de dagen heen had ik bij vijf sterren wel verwacht. Lange wachttijd bij inchecken, maar zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Mooie schone kamer.

Cons:

Variatie in het avondeten bij half board was welkom geweest. Er was ook te weinig groenten ten opzichte van het vis en vlees. Als ik dan toch iets negatiefs moet noemen over de kamer, dan zijn dat details. Het balkon kon wel een schoonmaak- en verfbeurt gebruiken. Een ander detail is dat de shampoo, douchegel en handzeep niet lekker rook. De airconditioning koelde nauwelijks, maar dat was in februari geen probleem. Dit zijn natuurlijk details en deels smaakgevoelig, maar bij vijf sterren verwacht je perfectie.

Le site, le confort de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner et son personnel au service des clients. Le spa, ses masseurs et masseuses. Merci Martina pour son professionnalisme et (ce n'est ne peut être pas de sa faute mais tant mieux) un don particulier pour calmer les douleurs et autres stress lombalgies. Chambre spacieuse, propre et literie confortable. Bien insonorisée. La télévision multilingue,l'ascenseur, les espaces de repos et de détente..

Cons:

Le service du dîner au Mongo, trop long et le serveur semble avoir disparu pendant près d'une heure. L'accès au Spa est trop compliqué et mal indiqué depuis les chambres de l'hôtel..

La ubicación, aunque es entendible que esté lejos del pueblo dado que cuenta con un campo de golf, y las instalaciones, en el sentido de que esperaba un completo/resort más grande, pero sin embargo resulta acogedor y las instalaciones son de gran cantidad

sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man hatte eine ganz tolle Auswahl. Hier haben wir auch einmal zu Abend gegessen (waren nur zwei Nächte da und bei der Ankunft waren wir zu spät) und es war sehr lecker.
