Pros:

Everything felt very clean from the time you entered the lobby. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The bathrooms were a bit small but we made due. AC in room didn't cool down to what we set it at but we brought a fan thankfully.

The drag racing had nothing to do with the hotel but was scary.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, Autumn, staff member was nice and helpful. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

There was drag racing on highway outside the hotel late at night when we returned from the show that we attended. There were over a hundred people gathered in a parking lot close to the hotel which was a little scary.

Amazing
Pros:

We want to come back to Cumberland just for this hotel. The night and day staff were both amazing and friendly and went above and beyond. Our kids loved the room and pool, and the staff were so kind and understanding of their excitement. The room was clean and spacious. The food was great and well stocked. We c have stayed in a number of hotels this year from PA to the eastern shore to the Carolinas... above and beyond is all I can say. Even our kids thought they should get a reward

Cons:

That we couldn't stay another night. Seriously, nothing.
