Lack of parking when booking it stated parking was available then received an email saying it was limited arrived with no where to park, breakfast was chaotic too small an area for the volume of guests everyone crowded round 1 small food area

Space at breakfast was crowded
The staff very very helpful especially Rachel. I was down for a hospital visit with my son. The staff went over and above to help me in a difficult situation. The breakfast were excellent and the food was plentiful. I felt they catered for everyone’s tastes.
In my experience it couldn’t have been bettered. Helpful staff who gave you information about Aberdeen. Called taxis for you and couldn’t do enough to help. It location was good too.
Great stay.
This is our regular hotel for home visits to Aberdeen. It is conveniently located for all major bus routes, and it's only a 5 minute taxi ride from the railway station.
Fair enough, the rooms are not huge, but we've always found them to be clean & comfortable. At the end of the day, it's just a place for us to rest our heads.
Plenty choices nearby for dining out. Can recommend both the Atrium and Mi Amore. If you fancy something quick, there are plenty of fast food establishments on both Chapel Street and Rose Street.
We have always found the staff to be very nice - Rachel always seems to be on duty when we stay and we have always found her to be extremely helpful and friendly.
We hope to return again next year.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man ist schnell in der Innenstadt, auch gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung. 200 Meter neben dem Hotel hat es ein Parkhaus für Autos, somit kein Problem.
Die Hotelzimmer sind eher klein, aber sauber, und bieten alles, was man braucht.
Das Frühstück war frisch, es hat von allem, und auch genügend Sitzplätze (Juli 2026). Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
Alles war sehr gut.
