Great location at the top of Union Street. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and breakfast included!
The television didn't work, took over 3hours for staff member to come and see it, was then told had to re-tune it every time I switched it on again. Telephone had no instructions on how to call reception. Pigeons making a fair amount of noise the whole time and breakfast was limited when it came coffee choices due to both machines being broken.

Location is central
Breakfast was very poor. All the cooked items looked and tasted like they had been sitting there since the day before, maybe they had. Bacon was rock hard and cold, dried up scrambled eggs, not much choice.
Room was cold
The bed was comfortable and the rooms were nice and warm. The location is excellent, really couldn't have found a better location for ourselves.
The shower leaked into the bathroom floor creating a puddle. When we got to the room there was a poop in the toilet - I believe this is because of bad water pressure/plumbing. Under the bed and around the sink were pretty dirty too. The floor having stains etc on it.
The hotel is in the low emissions zones so you can't park your car there unless it's low emission, even though you're paying £150 for 2 nights and we had to walk 30 mins to get to the hotel.
The free breakfast was good and an added bonus, would stay again.
