High pitched whine during night which kept me awake first night. Reported on departure
Manager eventually got in touch after contacting holiday inn support, advised that I should have reported immediately (I was tired after having to find accommodation late after a cancelled booking, and also having to report to work) also said he couldn’t do anything as it was booked via booking.com so their guarantee of a good nights sleep or money back wasn’t valid.

The location is good, hotel is clean and has open lobby bar area that is easy to work from. Staff are all very friendly too.
Breakfast I didn't really enjoy, felt more like school cafeteria food. Rooms are a bit tired and drab.
