洗面の水道管から水漏れが発生してました。書き置きしたら漏れなくなったので、迅速に修理いただけたのかと思いました。ただGも出たり水回りもキレイとは言い難かったため、5つ星の価格には割に合わないかと思いました。

Here the review goes as you asked for it. The stay at the park was ok room was not that great. But my stay was good I can say. The staff from 601 restaurant and front desk were humble and good assistance. They are always ready to help me before I ask. Hotel looks but old , but it's great location to tell. Lobby ambience was different from other 5 star hotels that's looks interesting. Food feels expensive at 601 but staffs are super attentive who was Mr Ankit. Staffs are courteous enough so I'll recommend this place. I saw the reception girl was kind enough even she has no options of rooms available at night time. I thought to thank that girl later. But she wasn't available at front desk . Anyways here im thanking for the best hospitality from the park staffs who was at night reception Ms. Since the review was asked during my checkout and here it is. Thank a ton for wonderful hospitality
Had a wonderful and comfortable stay at The Park Chennai. The overall experience was pleasant, and the hospitality from the team truly stood out.
A special thanks to Kannadasan at the reception for sorting out all the issues quickly and smoothly with great professionalism and ease.
Also, heartfelt appreciation to the amazing team at the 601 restaurant — Smithi, Ari, Pragati, Ruth, and Dhana — for their kindness, attentive service, and warm hospitality throughout the stay. They made every dining experience enjoyable and welcoming. Special mentions to the House Keeping team for their excellent service.
Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice and comfortable stay in Chennai.

Mighty unhappy that my booking was cancelled after I had confirmed on phone at 20:40 ist wrt my arrival at 11 pm (since I was driving down from Bangalore.)

I had a really good stay i was here for visa appointment and really comfortable from the the park it very near by and really appreciate ms richa in front desk i came early with my wife and she ptovided ealry chekin and good room

The staff behaviour in the hotel is good. The staff were very cooperative. The breakfast was amazing
