We had a good experience in checkin with the team in The Park though we had an early check-in and the team accommodated us without any issue

A special shoutout to Mr. Selvan, who picked me up from the airport. From the moment I met him, he made me feel as though I was not away from home. His warmth, kindness, and genuine care set the perfect tone for my stay.
I would also like to thank Ark from the service team at 601. She served every interaction with a warm smile and was incredibly prompt, attentive, and professional throughout. Her positive attitude made every dining experience enjoyable.
A big compliment to Chef Archan at 601 as well. The food was outstanding, and his passion and dedication to his craft were clearly reflected in every dish.

Babita and her housekeeping team were on top of their game. I left behind my AirPods, which were found even before I reach the airport. And they were sent by courier to me on really quick turnaround time. Thank you so very much one more time.
