I will stay there again.
Pros:

The room is really large and clear and some rooms with a balcony. The staff are really helpful. Nice in-room dinning food with reasonable price. I will stay there again in future.

FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE MS. RICHA AND BANQUET MANAGER VERY GOOD AND PROMPTLY ALLOTTED A DECENT ROOM AFTER I OPTED OUT A STINKY ROOM ON THE EIGTH FLOOR

Cons:

ROOMS NEED TO BE MAINTAINED. ESPECIALLY THE ROOM WHICH WAS ALLOCATED TO ME INITIALLY IN THE 8TH FLOOR.

Cons:

Staff was very very slow. Delayed the check in process, even though I kept telling them that er have to reach somewhere soon, and my 3 year old son is getting tired of waiting. They were trying to give our family rooms on 2 different floors. The room appeared to be dated. Did not like anything except location.

Pros:

Excellent stay and food quality was excellent. Room service was excellent. The floor manager Debashis Reddy was very helpful and excellent in guiding things around.
