Breakfast is good but let the dinning people can eat before removing the food items
The room size felt quite small, and the bathroom experience was disappointing due to minimal facilities. There was significant water logging in the bathroom area, making it difficult to use comfortably, and we had to come out completely wet after usage.

Rooms looked old, musty and not maintained well
5/5 for the staff - We had a lot of issues during our stay but the staff was really polite and retracted the additional WiFi charge when we mentioned the issue to them. They also went an extra step and helped us print a few docs we needed. The breakfast was also good and fairly priced compared to other similarly rated hotels nearby.
First off, the AC was not working properly after we tried setting the temperature a few times to our liking. When we called someone to support with it, they told us the AC temperature was fixed throughout the hotel at 20C. Next, the washroom exhaust didn't work so after taking a shower, the moisture would spread in the room and made the floor slippery. The wifi was also limited to 3 devices per room. With us booking for 2 guests, the bare minimum we expected was 4 devices for a phone and a laptop each. Also, we ended up paying for high speed wifi for remote work for 24h but it stopped working in a few hours. Finally, the tea was Rs.400 per cup?? After a long international travel we ended up ordering it but my guess is the hotel knows the guests are mostly US visa applicants and is just trying to rip them off.

Leaky bath tub, my room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days until check out, shower is way too small for a adult and this was in a suite room. Entirely this place looks run down, not worth the price being charged.
