It was very close to many important offices and places which put me easy access

Cons:

The staff specially Richa in the reception were very polite and she even grant my request considering the fact that my flight were late she allow me to make late check out - more over the food were delicious.

Comfy homely stay with class
Pros:

Staff was welcoming 🙏, Made you feel comfortable and safe. Always willing to help
The international standard stands out.
The different cuisine is wonderful.

Cons:

Would of been nice if the staff pointed out , the different restaurants and facilities available. Was surprised nothing was done for International Women's day. As well as for the cricket world cup the atmosphere was low.

This review doesn’t make any difference for them. They know people will come and stay here due to USA Embassy distance.
Pros:

Very unhygienic, rooms are not clean towels and bed are dirty. Staff are not professional.

Cons:

Everything…. There is nothing I could say u liked in this property. Except it’s closer to us embassy

Good, try to avoid the wheelchair room
Pros:

Richa and kanna dasan helped me with a quick checkout
the hotel was nice felt premium interior and good ambience something different with an artistic twist

Cons:

The other staff in terms of logistics they missed both my morning calls, I got a room which was for the wheelchair optimised one so the sink was lower, there was 2 peep holes one which was very low slight security issue there was wiring issue because some lights worked some didn’t. There was also one where the assistance grill is over the jet pipe so that was bit of a hassle.
