Cleanliness
8.8
Rooms and bathrooms repeatedly described as clean and well kept, towels always available; isolated issues noted (bad smell in one toilet, occasional flies/wasps outside).
Service
9
Staff repeatedly praised as friendly and helpful (named staff like Fawzi mentioned, good room service and luggage assistance).
Location
7
Mixed: tranquil and scenic with pool/garden views but several guests noted the hotel is far from Nizwa, poor access roads and limited nearby services.
Room Quality
8.1
Comfortable beds and pool-facing rooms praised; some rooms dated (old furniture, wall-to-wall carpet preferred to be tiled), shower configurations vary between rooms.
Amenities
8.4
Excellent large, well-maintained pool and useful amenities (electric car charging); gym and some facilities feel outdated and there are no shaded parking areas or cooled corridors.
Value for Money
8.5
Multiple guests commented on reasonable price and a good return for the stay given pool, comfort and service.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast described as varied and delicious; room service and on-site food received positive mentions.
Overall Experience
7.1
Many guests reported enjoyable, relaxing stays and recommended the hotel, but negatives (remote location, access roads, some dated facilities, occasional pests/noise) temper the overall rating.

Staying here was value for money.
