Pros:

Era la segunda vez que nos alojábamos aquí. La ubicación nos parece fantástica. El personal es muy atento (nos prestaron una nevera). Tamaño de habitación correcto y las camas son cómodas; quizá algo balndas. La única pega es que no tiene parking y aparcar en San Francisco es muy costoso.

Pros:

This hotel offers an exceptional value for money. The location is excellent, close to most city attractions, many restaurants and coffee shops around, very friendly staff, tea and coffee around the clock, tasty pastry for breakfast.

Cons:

Not much, really. The hotel does their best for the cost of staying. I liked that they make the stay in the city centre comfortable and more affordable.
