The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful, the pastries in the morning were wonderful, and the facilities and location if the hotel were excellent.

Pros:

The location is great, hotel is a classic old-style American hotel that is not too fancy but gets the job done. The bed was comfortable, toilets were okay, cleanliness were satisfactory. Overall, for the price you are paying, it's a good hotel. I recommend it if you stay for a night or two. They provide free pastries and unlimited coffee/tea in the lobby, too!

Cons:

In the room we stayed in, there was only one small windows which wasn't the best.

Gran Hotel para turistas en SF
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, central y cerca a muchas cosas, el personal muy atento, y resuelven las dudas y ayudan. es acogedor, un gran detalle el cafe y croissant de las mañanas.

Cons:

Se escuchan mucho los pasos de la gente a cualquier hora, en el pasillo o habitaciones. Hace que el descanso no sea reparador, quizas por los años del edificio qie su piso es
en madera.

Good location, excellent service, recommended.
Pros:

The location is good for moving around the city using public transportation. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel also provides a free service for package reception, which is very useful. You can be strategic about parking on the streets without paying for parking.

Cons:

The breakfast was underwhelming, good for an emergency food, but very basic and not tasty.

Pros:

Ottima posizione! Davvero consigliato per visitare la città in tranquillità (per quanto la situazione nelle strade sia molto difficile). Personale gentile, ottima colazione inclusa (limitata nell'offerta ma è stato piacevole bere caffè e mangiare ottimi muffin di prima mattina, anche per risparmiare sulle colazioni in città). Letti comodi e stanze silenziose.

Cons:

Nulla di che, la struttura non è certo moderna ma ha tutto a posto, qualità/prezzo ottima
