Close to lots of things!
Pros:

The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly.
The pastries in the morning and the coffee were fantastic.
The location was excellent - close to public transport and lots of things to see and do were close by.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed was quite uncomfortable and the heating was difficult to get going.
