The African American gentleman with the dreadlocks (Romar) was not only professional, and extremely customer service oriented, but he was also very helpful as well. An outstanding young man - you should be proud to have him on your staff!

I came here… around late 11 last night, i came from the greyhound station and have been traveling for a few days and it was snowing outside, the person who checked me in was super sweet and completely calmed my anxiety, i wish i got their name the room was absolutely beautiful i feel so happy i got to stay here and maybe one day i will come back to Minneapolis

As a Hilton Honors member, I typically stay at the Hilton Pere Marquette Hotel, but it was booked this particular trip so gave the Lofton a try since it is a Hilton hotel. I was very impressed with every aspect of the hotel. From the Prince inspired decor and art work that greats you from the moment you enter the hotel to the high ceilings to the amenities and location, I definitely have found my new home in the twin cities. The hotel is conveniently located downtown and adjacent to to the theater district and the sports stadiums. The Cosmos restaurant is a great place to relax and have a drink after a long day and watch games as they have multiple screens in the bar back.the food is delicious and I like the refresh salad with salmon! To make things even better was I was upgraded to the performer suite and it had to be one of my top 3 upgrades ever. It was an entertainers dream with with a baby grand piano, full living room, dining room and workout room! Definitely will stay at the Lofton when I am in Minneapolis.

I stayed here for one night after attending a late show. The location is excellent—plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was spacious, but the carpet could have used a better vacuuming. Unfortunately, the office chair was in poor condition and literally falling apart; my husband sat on it and ended up with pieces of the chair stuck to his clothes. On the bright side, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet, which made for a restful night.

I was in town for a concert and decided pick The Lofton due to the convenience of it being right across from Target Center. The staff were so helpful; telling me that prices in the parking under the building would definitely rise due to the concert.
The room was so comfortable There was no loud/noisy people roaming the hall during the night (cars revved their engines a lot but there isn’t much Lofton can do about that)! Again, the staff were so friendly. I would absolutely stay at The Lofton again!

This was one of the nicest places I've stayed in Minneapolis. Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, plenty of close by restaurants.

Nice hotel

What a great stay! I have been wanting to write this review for over a year (September 2024)! The staff were friendly, accommodating and went the extra mile. The check in /out and lobby staff were courteous and always helpful. Manager Jim Waldvogel went above and beyond, his staff displayed team work and all the employees, including housekeeping, restaurant, front desk, everyone epitomized customer service and made us feel at home. I believe Azia was the rock star at the front desk who was exceptional for us, but all were great. Wish I had everyone's names to share! The partnership with the health club we had access to, walking across the bridge, was outstanding, amongst the best we ever have seen! This opportunity sealed the deal for us to come back, and we will definitely return to visit having access to the club. Also we enjoyed walking across the bridge to attend the Lynx basketball game. What a treat to have access to both of these facilities. Great location. My husband had a medical emergency, he is well now, but at the time we were extremely concerned and scared. Jim personally contacted us to ensure all was well. During the emergency the employees ensured we had a wheelchair and assisted us to get the transport to the hospital. It was amazing and we are grateful for everything. The Lofton knocked it out of the park, great stay, and we will be back!

Great location, very nice amenities and access to the Target Center via the skywalk was impeccable!

Everything about this hotel was great, it clean, quiet, and staff was super nice. I did have my dog with me, I chose this hotel because it said it was pet friendly, but I think it should have said pets accepted, nothing friendly about trying to get my to go to potty on the concrete sidewalk, I think having a green space would have been nice.

I had a booked a suited for a birthday gift, for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, they had been overbooked due to many sporting events downtown, that weekend.
They were incredibly accommodating for having to change my room. I got a reduced rate, and some nice perks! The staff was very kind, beautiful view from our room, and we had a great over night get away. :)

Reasonably priced! Clean and comfortable beds

We were looking for a hotel close to target field for convenience, and this hotel is about as good as you can get. Didn’t even need to go outside to walk to the stadium since the skyway goes right to the hotel. Also super close to the metro, so it was easy to jump on and go other places.
