They Should have kept Slippers for the Bathroom, When I asked them on the reception for slippers the response was that we don't have/ Don't provide it.
Being a traveler sometimes you don't have extra slippers for yourself to use it for the washroom when taking showers.

The main issue was the poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway, conversations and even coughing from the neighbouring rooms, as well as footsteps from the floor above. This made it very difficult to rest properly, and we were woken up several times during the night. The sound insulation of the building definitely needs improvement.

We also had an issue with the shower design. While showering, a significant amount of water splashed outside the shower area, even reaching the area around the toilet. Water would collect on the bathroom floor, and we often had to use our own towels to dry it. This seemed to be a design issue with the shower enclosure and was quite inconvenient.
There were only two power outlets in the room, neither conveniently located near the bed, which made charging and using our phones quite inconvenient.

Although laundry and ironing services were available for an additional charge, there was no iron provided in the room for guests to use free of charge. Providing a simple iron would have been a useful and convenient addition.

- Dark room: The room was very dark
- Thin walls: The sound insulation is poor, and noise from neighboring rooms and staff can easily be heard.
- Extremely cumbersome booking process: Despite booking through this platform, I was required to register on a separate hotel platform and enter my credit card details there as well. The process took a considerable amount of time and involved numerous emails. One of the reasons I use Booking.com is precisely to avoid having to provide my personal and payment details to additional external platforms.
- Rude staff member at check-in: The staff member who handled my initial check-in was rude and unwelcoming. In contrast, the night-shift staff member was very friendly and professional.
- Sunglasses disappeared after housekeeping: As I had booked two consecutive nights in different rooms, I had to check out after the first night and check in again later, which I completely understand. I packed both of my bags the night before and left only my phone and sunglasses on the desk so I could leave quickly the next morning. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my sunglasses on the desk when checking out and only realized it later that day.

When I returned to the hotel to check in for my second night, I asked about the sunglasses and was told that they had not been found or handed in. Given that they were left on the desk in the room before housekeeping entered, this was extremely disappointing! The sunglasses disappeared while the room was being serviced and were never returned to lost and found.

There can be a better shower door, lots of water comes out if we are not careful.
