Clean, comfy, friendly and helpful staff. We were only there for a night but it was perfect. The bed was very comfy and the washroom was clean and well equipped. Solid stay.

The room was very clean, cosy and had all basic amenities. The room does not have a kettle to boil water or a fridge/mini bard, but this is not a problem because they have a coffee/tea machine at the lobby 24/7. The bed is very comfortable. The A/C works very well. It is an easy-going hotel because the people who work there are wonderful. The staff at the reception desk and the kitchen and the cleaning ladies are wonderful, very helpful, and accommodating. It is like you arrive and you meet old friends that you had not seen for a long time who welcome you. Breakfast is good with all the basic food you need in the morning and very tasty. I had the best potato omelette. The hotel is very clean and well-taken care of, which is very important for me. It is placed centrally with many restaurants, fast-food places, grocery stores/supermarkets and stores for shopping clothes and shoes all around the hotel and the metro station is a two-minute walk. You can walk from the hotel to Avenue Diagonal for shopping in 7 minutes. I am very satisfied and I will stay there again. They are doing great job.
Maybe the rooms could have a mini fridge. Above the desks, it would be nice if there was a big mirror in order to be able to sit and apply makeup or fix your hair.
