First room on first smelled terrible. Immediately after entering the room I could smell the mold made it difficult to breath.. the front desk said they were aware of it because of water damage….got a room on the third floor of course the price was higher.
Disappointed!

Due to the rough state of the hotel, I only stayed one of 2 nights but desk could not get

Room a little stuffy, had problems with the bill.

I like the fact that the river walk is located right outside the hotel. It was also peaceful and located in a nice secluded area.

The A/C work okay. But it seems to be set on some type of timer. It just keep going off and I don't sleep well in hot and stuffy environment.

I really liked the morning breakfast staff. They were helpful and kept the area clean and inviting. The room was ok. Property was nice. The pool area was out of order. I got a little clostrophobic getting off the elevator in a tight hallway. The wallpaper was loose in the hallway going to my room. Room needed updated. Overall it was a nice stay.

A very run down property… musty smell. Carpet was filthy. Better hotels across the bridge.

This was the worst experience I have ever had there were bugs in the bed in one of our rooms. The carpet smellsof mold I was burying my yncle the next day and I had the worst night ever. When I got back home I had a sunus infection. I sneezed all night from the allergens in the room

This hotel was just okay. The property is older, and its lobby and rooms shows its age. In our room were greeted my an old cooped up smell accompanied by a loud limited functioning AC unit. Another hassle we experienced during our stay was every time we left our room our door keys refused to work upon returning.The positives about this place included: front desk staff, comfortable bed, breakfast, and scenic views of the river.

Everything was nice about this hotel. Being close to the water is beautiful but it has that mildew like smell.

My stay was just OK. My kids and i were safe and had a place to bath and sleep. The first room we had was not cleaned and we found several roaches. They were on thier backs which was great but they didnt need to be seen especially by a customer. Shows me there are no quality checks before check ins here. I spoke to the lady at the front that night and she moved us ro a new room and even went up to check it out before she gave it to me. After that we were happy

Perfect place to stay for fishing on the MS River!

Food was fair - bed was passable

We had the 2 queen suite with the pull-out couch. Loved the arrangement and how close it was to the river. We had a great view! We were on the 2nd floor. Overall it was quiet and met our needs. We had a couple of picky travelers (one with food--thought the waffles were great but was sad the buffet had no bacon only sausage) (the other with smells--thought it smelled musty). I thought breakfast was good. The buffet had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, grits and waffles. The mini fridge on the buffet was out of order so had to bother the staff for milk (only 1%) or yogurts, there was also bread for toast, bagels and muffins, juice, water & coffee. I didn't think the room smelled but it was damp feeling like the AC didn't de-humidify it well enough. The arm rest on the chair felt damp and carpet felt damp on bare feet. It could have just been the people before us got everything wet. Otherwise the staff was very helpful and the beds were very comfortable. They do have a restaurant on site but it was more like bar food with TVs and pool. Not what we were feeling like but nice to have as an option.

I'm Sorry ....But The Key Cards were not working good...We had to change cards 5 different times to get back into our room! 😳 And The Pool area room was very warm. But Everything Else was Lovely!

First, we have stayed in hotels all over the states and nothing was never terrible as this! The inside curtains was filthy and nasty look like mud all over the curtains, hair was all over the couch, stains and mildew in the bathroom, lamp shade unthreading, snags everywhere on the shade. I slept uneasy all night because no hotel should be this filthy and be so pricey!!!!!!’ Paid for river view and of course it was so much dirt on the outside of the windows you couldn’t see nothing! This was unacceptable!!! For a hotel to be this filthy and expect us to pay full price! I was there for a reunion, and it was sad!!! I went to the front desk and no manager on duty but the clerk told me Ruby the housekeeping supervisor walk with me to my room and she told me that she inspected the room but she couldn’t have because she would have found the hair and all of the dirt on the wall but assured me that it was not gonna come off…smh not to mention 2 inch dust on the vent in the bathroom!! How do you run a business with all this stuff wrong in a room! This was just sad and to even think I had to pay for this dirty room and make do because it was sold out!!! No clock! Yall know this is unacceptable!!!!!!!

Nice Staff, Within walking distance to my doctor's office. The rooms need to be updated. The room could have been cleaner. Dust everywhere and the plug for the bathtub had black mold and could have been clean. The air conditioner was not cooling very well. The ladies that checked us in and out were informative and nice. Only had 3 bath towels and no hand towels or wash rags. Had to go to the front desk to get the hand towels, wash rags and an extra towel. The food was hot and good. Need better Housekeeping.
