Absolute Katastrophe
Pros:

Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert.

Cons:

Das Personal ist extrem unfreundlich wenn man kein Spanisch spricht wird man wird beim Frühstück nur angeschnauzt.
Das Poolwasser war einfach braun.
Das Licht auf dem Balkon war einfach die ganze Nacht an und man kann es nicht ausschalten.
Es war selbst mit den Vorhängen super hell.

In unser letzten Nacht hat das Wasser von Abend muss zum nächsten Morgen um 9 nicht funktioniert. Die Rezeption hat überhaupt nicht geholfen. Wir mussten selbst los gehen um Wasser zu holen das wir nicht sandig schlafen mussten.
Keinerlei Entschuldigung oder Ähnliches vom Personal.

Grazie mille, siamo stati benissimo, se torneremo sull’isola alloggeremo sicuramente qui!
Pros:

Tutto. Ci è piaciuta tantissimo la piscina, la stanza con il terrazzino, la colazione e la cordialità di tutto il personale della struttura. La posizione è ottima, in una zona strategica molto molto tranquilla anche da girare a piedi. Noi abbiamo noleggiato una macchina e stavamo vicino a tutto, specialmente a 15 minuti da Cala d’Or.

Cons:

Sarebbe secondo me preferibile mettere un letto matrimoniale anziché due letti singoli

Portocolom, Mallorca—beautiful views, peaceful vibes, and unforgettable memories.
Pros:

Great sea view and a really good buffet, it was a clean place. It was nice to swim, the beach was really close and the sights were actually great when you looked outside the hotel

It was a good stay would reccomend
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable and breakfast was good. Aircon worked well especially for summer. I’d definitely recommend the stay

Cons:

Facilities are mid compared to what is shows, paid extra for an ocean view did get it but was on the 2nd floor. I think there definitely should be drying rack for balconies to dry beach clothes and lastly the location was okay. It is walking distance to some restaurants and grocery store but it’s not that much. You’d definitely need to a car to access the other beaches and the roadside parking situation is okay but there are time we’d had to search a little bit longer to find a park.

Bien située, mais pris en otage par les horaires des repas
Pros:

Bonne emplacement

Cons:

Les repas souvent les mêmes après 9 jours
Les horaires ne conviennent pas ,trop tôt pour le dîner, plus grand chose à manger après 20h.
Entretien des locaux( peinture,porte de salle de bains abîmée, hôtel vieillissant sans entretien.

Pros:

L’hotel si trova in una posizione bellissima e ha una visuale incredibile specialmente per chi ha la camera vista mare.
Piscina grande

Cons:

Le camere non sono dotate di frigobar, cosa che sarebbe indispensabile d’estate.
Sarebbe carino che fosse possibile cenare fino a più tardi (dalle 19 alle 21)
Gli spazi comuni non sono sfruttati al massimo delle potenzialità che avrebbero per la loro vista e posizione.

Pros:

Потрясающий вид из окна. Просторный чистый номер с балконом. Есть кондиционер. Персонал приятный. Завтрак разнообразный. Есть бассейн на территории. До пляжа 10 минут пешком. Есть настольный теннис. Можно арендовать велосипед.

Cons:

Не работал бильярд. В зале для завтраков кондиционер дует только возле левой стены, чтобы сесть именно там, нужно приходить рано. В остальной части зала умираешь от жары. В зале с настольным теннисом также нет кондиционера, нужно играть с открытыми окнами - все равно не спасает.
В душе очень хороший напор воды, но из-за этого вода переливается через край и незаметно течёт в комнату.
