Comfortable hotel, close to Riverwalk and walking distance to the Alamo.
Pros:

The property is incredibly close to the Riverwalk, and restaurants and walking distance to the Alamo. The beds were new and very comfortable. The staff is lovely! We were happy we stayed here.

Cons:

The property needed a little love. The room and bathroom doors were very difficult to open and close.

La ubicación fue perfecta para lo que necesitabamos. Asisitir a un evento en el Alamodome, nos pudimos trasladar caminando sin problema, y complementamos la visita con el Riverwalk a unos cuantos pasos.

Cons:

En la página que revise dice que cuentan con estacionamiento, en verdad fue un problema tener que pagar extra el estacionamiento, mientras uno que se veía desde mi habitacio (105) nos dijeron que era solo para empleados yestaba lleno de colchones que estaban lavando o algo así.
El día que llegamos había en los pasillos colchones y bolsas tiradas.
No servía la máquina de hielo.

The location. The desk clerk.

Cons:

The hotel was old and historic. There were no amenities. Parking was sketchy. Had to go to the parking garage next door. Needed instructions to get a discount for staying at the hotel. No place to park to unload or get the instructions. The desk clerk let us stay in a parking place in the rear to make up for being charged then having to leave again. Staff was great, but otherwise a tourist trap. There was a machine for coffee that charged $2 for a cup. No breakfast. Close to River Walk.

I liked the vicinity to the Riverwalk, and the staff was really friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were alot smaller than the pictures made them seem, and it's really loud outside. Cars all the time, not mention someone with a gas powered blower out after midnight blowing the sidewalk off, I would recommend requesting a room on the back side of the hotel.. additionally, if your headed to the riverwalk try to go in groups, we were followed and yelled at by some guys who were hanging out in the parking lot across from the hotel. Also park in the parking garage right next to the hotel, we parked in the lot across from the hotel and there were alot of homeless people around, I got almost no sleep worrying about our car getting broken into.
