Charged twice
Pros:

Location and cleanliness.

Cons:

I was charged twice and am still working on getting a refund from the second charge. I paid fully through booking.com but the receptionist said my credit card was declined the first time and took the second payment. I confirmed that reservation was paid via booking.com and he stated that I should contact booking.com because hotel did not receive payment. So he charged my credit card again and said that the charge would be returned once they received payment from booking.com. Ironically, the receipt I received via email charged $0, but the second charge was still taken from my credit card two days after checking out.

Hotel is very clean.
Pros:

Very clean room

Cons:

They overbooked rooms and cancelled some reservations. This did not affect my room however ,I asked if they helped relocate people who shows up with a reservation and were turned away. I was told no and I don’t care. This concerns me for my next stay.

expensive but not worth the price.
Pros:

There was nothing that I particularly cared for. I can't say I liked anything with the price for a motel stay. hotel seems old and run down a bit.

Cons:

Everything. I would strongly suggest you stay in Santa Fe for half the price with the same type of place. More like a motel stay. Everything was just ok then you see the price and it's like what am i doing here.

Easy access to Los Alamos & points south.
Pros:

Great service & communications with the desk staff. Very friendly & knowledgeable. Our conversation with the floor service man provided excellent references to nearby restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was fine.

Very comfortable and welcoming.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and good room darkening shades, sufficient light for reading. Nice to have refrigerator.

Cons:

Suggestions for breakfast:
Selection of cereals could include Raisin Bran
Yogurt could be real yogurt with active cultures.
Room coffee machine pretty flimsy

Simple average hotel.
Pros:

I enjoyed that this was on the way to our next attractions. The size of the room was alright and decent.

Cons:

Breakfast should be improved along with the weird smell when entering your room.
