Very comfortable and welcoming.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and good room darkening shades, sufficient light for reading. Nice to have refrigerator.

Cons:

Suggestions for breakfast:
Selection of cereals could include Raisin Bran
Yogurt could be real yogurt with active cultures.
Room coffee machine pretty flimsy

Simple average hotel.
Pros:

I enjoyed that this was on the way to our next attractions. The size of the room was alright and decent.

My family had a miserable stay there.
Cons:

My family that stayed with you have told me there were bed bugs and that the sofa where my grandson slept was stained. They traveled there to say goodbye to their great grandmother who was dying and did pass away during their stay. They were very upset and I guess chose not to say anything at the time. They didn't want to say anything to me since I paid for their stay. I learned about this through my grandchildren.

Pros:

Manager excuse was staff was new did not know hotels policy and mis spoke manager also lied to my face and told me I stayed 2 night When actually it was so bad we got sick and left day early. Charge the disabled vet 2 fold nights when we only stayed one then lied about it.. I'll never stay at this chain again

Albergo pulito e tenuto molto bene ( anche se non nuovissimo- ma piu che un mobile nuovo conta vedere cose che non sono rovinate o con gli angoli saltati ) cosa che di solito e' piu' importante di tutto. Was convenient because it’s the only hotel!
Pros:

The room was big and somewhat comfortable! The day manager was amazing!

Cons:

Our shower head sprayed water everywhere, the toilet didn’t flush correctly, and the faucet was so loose it almost came off. When we checked in the front staff was not at the counter and he was extremely slow.
