Fabulous room with all amenities including full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob. Clean and comfortable with luxurious touches at a budget price

We stayed at Roomzzz for one night when visiting Nottingham for an event at the concert hall. The location is handy for the theatre, concert hall and also Rock City and it is worth noting that you can either park at the hotel or at the adjacent Q-Park for an almost half-price rate.
Check-in was quick and efficient and there was a lift up to our floor. The room was of a good size, similar to a Premier Inn, and the bathroom was also a decent size with a proper shower, much better than a Travelodge. The furnishings were of an above average standard with a good size bed with quality bedding. The other major plus points were a mini-kitchen area including a fridge, oven and washing-up sink, plus the wi-fi worked well and was free, Premier Inn & Travelodge please note. There was also a grab-and-go coffee & croissant offering available in the lobby in the morning.
Finally, we may have been lucky but we weren't disturbed by any noise whatsoever, external or internal, so we both slept well which was great. In summary, we will certainly use Roomzzz Nottingham again on a similar visit in the future.

Roomzzz aparthotel in Nottingham is 5 minutes walk from the city centre with parking available. The rooms are very modern with a well equipped kitchette, including combi oven. There is a hot drinks machine available 24 hours and a snacks shop. Reece and Tatiana on reception were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Aparthotel . Our time there was enhanced by the helpful and approachable receptionist Kiran. He is ideally suited for the role.

My fiancée and I stayed here for a night. Super cute room with all the amenities we could’ve needed. They were very generous to grant us a late check out time as well to fit within our schedule for this business travel. Location was great and in walking distance to everything we wanted to go do and eat at (Gusto’s is great food if you’re trying to find somewhere to eat, and The Hop Merchant was great for some drinks before dinner), very close to the rails as well—we took a short uber ride to it . Our aircon/heating gave us some difficulty but nothing that they weren’t willing to fix with us. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Whilst the location was good the penthouse room/bathrooms need major updating.

The bathrooms had areas of mould, and things falling off the wall.

The power shower couldn't be angled, so water went all over the floor.

The TVs were old, so whilst advertised that you can use with a firestick, now tv, apple tv, google tv or any other plug-in streaming service - we could not!

The heating did not work, so we had to use the portable heaters, one of which had a broken leg so was rather precarious to use.

Plaster was falling from the wall!

The sofa was not as advertised in the penthouse photos, but instead a really uncomfortable sofabed, which had used tissues stuffed down the side.

On arrival and seeing how rundown the room was, we immediately considered leaving, we only stayed because we couldn't find another hotel with vacancies!

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the attention to detail in keeping everything clean and well-maintained.

The hotel’s location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and transport, making it very convenient to get around. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.

What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service from Patryk and Radka, they truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Decided to try a Roomzzz apartment as the TripAdvisor reviews and pictures looked interesting, plus the price was good value. The biggest pull was the onsite car park in the centre of Nottingham at £10 per night. We stayed on Valentines night as we had a comedy show booked at Just the Tonic in the Metronome and a meal at Baba's Turkish restaurant. First impression of Roomzzz when we arrived was great. An area to pull the car up to and off the main street. Reception was very friendly and helpful and explained about the car park, which is under the property, so you drive out and down a very steep slope but have to raise the shutter doors with your room key, which is very secure, I liked that. Be advised that when selecting a space if you have, as we do, an automatic boot hatch, that upon raising, in some of the spaces, the supporting beams are low and potentially you could impact. I moved my car to one without. There are circa 30 spaces, some, to the right are just for staff. Good lighting and an easy exit door back to reception. Reception is modern and check-in, payment, was slick and efficient. There is a seating area, vending area dispensing snacks, drinks, etc which you pay for at reception. In the morning they offer croissants and coffee as part of your stay, great customer service touch! 2 lifts, we were on the 3rd floor, each operates from a separate call button. The venue is quiet, guests were respectful, no issues with noise. The room exceeded our expectations, insofar as it was very clean and just like the images. First time in an apartment and all the facilities were an absolute bonus. Our room was a called a "Smart Studio" and was perfect for a couple. Bed was clean and very comfy. Nice touch was the two pillows for each person had a firm one and a soft one so you could choose your preference. Thoughtful! As it was Valentines Day they also put 2 heart-shaped lollies on the bed, another really thoughtful thing to do. The view, in a city, was best it could be, we overlooked the access road and reception where we arrived. Adjacent is the Q-Carpark so if there are insufficient spaces in the hotel for guests you can use that with a 40% discount. Code provided. We had the window ajar all night and it was nice and quite, a great position. The room has aircon but as it was February that wasn't needed and the window could open for air. The shower room was modern and good quality. It has underfloor heating so the back-splash from shower out of the enclosure opening soon dries away. The kitchen facilities are great, a microwave, concealed cooker hood and dishwasher included along with a full set of cooking utensils, cups, glasses, etc. The TV is wall mounted and has Freeview options. The shower head is fixed so no angling but had adequate power and better than many a hotel one I've experienced. Shower room is spacious so easy for drying, etc. Overall 10/10 and we've decided we will use Roomzzz in other locations going forward. Recommended.

Stay at this hotel most weeks for work. Very reliable, staff are very helpful and the rooms are a very good size with a kitchen.
Only negative of late is that you can’t control the heating from your room, and reception have to do this for you which is a change,
Overall though, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, cheap rates, clean and a good location for city centre

Perfect - modern, clean & spacious room with all the facilities you could imagine needing including a mini kitchen! Very comfy bed and well designed bathroom. Croissant & decent coffee were just an added bonus. Highly recommend.

The quality of the hotel accommodation is good and located close to the city centre. The service level provided by the Reception Team is exemplary. Always friendly and very helpful. I use this hotel on a regular basis and will keep on doing so.

Good clean room. Nice friendly and engaging receptionist Patryk welcomed me and gave me lots of info. Young lady the next day (didn't catch her name) helped me with things around the city.

This was my 1st stay in any of the Roomz and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was a great size, with a small kitchenette and comfy bed. And the reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was perfect for a couple of nights for a work trip. I'll definitely be back again!

First time in Roomz, definitely won’t be the last. As advertised, everything you need, nothing you don’t !

Went to this hotel as a surprise birthday weekend trip to Nottingham to watch Peter Kay. Unfortunately I had no say in which hotel we was staying in and I found the room to be claustrophobic and too be honest, a bit dirty. We noticed in our room that there was marks on the walls and it just seemed very dark and dingy. The hotel was modern and a good price compared to others in the area for a Christmas time break considering Peter Kay was live. It is a good location and reception is clean and welcoming yet the rooms were below par for me.
