Absolutley lovely room, staff and service, Me and my Husband checked in on Saturday 29th November, we went to a gig at Rock City, on entering the gig My huband fell backwards, fractured his skull had a bleed on the brain and put into an imduced coma, I didnt stay on the Saturday as I was at the QMC, I informed the hotel early hours Sunday AM and spoke to Keiron, he was so lovely and said he would inform his Manager of the circumstances, I returned late Sunday night and met Keiron he was so kind and considerate to our situation, I talked to him for quite a while and he made me feel so safe as I was staying on my own and said if they was anything at all I needed just say, I met the Manager Radka she was absolutley amazing, and spoke to her head office and made arrangements for me to stay another 9 nights so I could be near Anthony, and trabel to the hospital, she was so
kind and caring and very thoughtful, Radka and Keiron went above and beyond to make
my stay as safe and comfortable as possible, my husband is making a good recoverybat home, and when myself and my husband return to Nottingham we will definatley stay at Roomz Thank you again for wonderful service at such a horrible time for me

Price and rooms are great - just the right size, just the right amount of resources (the little and practical kitchen counter). Staff is always super nice. Reception service 24h is a luxury for those of us who insist in getting cheap flights at weird times. I couldn't ask for anything else, Rooomzzz is a fave of mine and my colleagues!

I had booked a stay here for my boyfriend’s birthday and I was greeted by the loveliest receptionist “Tatiana”! She was incredibly helpful and made our experience immensely enjoyable. We stayed in a penthouse suite, the room is clean, well decorated and fully equip. I’d definitely stay here again, especially for the price too incredibly affordable for what you get. Tatiana deserve a bonus this Christmas she was amazing!

I was in town for a gig at Rock City and thought this was be perfect. And it was. The smart studio was well equipped and just the right size.
I stayed at this location when it was a hotel before it became Roomzzz and the noise from the club kept me awake. But not this time, even though the room was on the 1st floor I slept really well.
I will stay there again when I go to shows in Nottingham.

Fabulous hotel. Within walking distance to centre. Very comfortable room with great facilities. Friendly and helpful reception. Lovely to have croissant and coffee in the morning. Looking forward to coming back

Check-in was easy by their super friendly staff. The hotel has two lifts.

The room was large enough and fairly well lit. The bed was comfortable, with night stands on each side and power outlets--perfect for two people to charge devices at bedside. The kitchenette was nice to have. There was a kettle, coffeemaker, iron, and ironing board.

The bathroom had a large shower (only) with, unfortunately, plenty of mold in the grout; housekeeping or maintenance needs to give that a good scrubbing. The shower water pressure was ok, but the temperature oscillated between hot and cold--not fun! Another useless shower door, as the bathroom floor was flooded. The shelf inside the shower was useful. There was ample counter space for toiletries.

The WiFi was strong but not password protected (boo!). The guest laundry room was a nice feature. If the price is right I might stay here again despite the issues.

Great stay here. perfectly located as close to city centre but not noisy. The included parking was very easy , secure and right by hotel- we were allowed to park before check in time and leave car after checkout time :) Room was clean, modern+comfortable. Price seemed on the high side but comparable to other city centre hotels on a Saturday night!

Great room with all you need amenities. Perfect location for Christmas Markets and excellent value for money 💰. Radka the receptionist is pleasant and welcoming.

Stayed for a night with my daughter and grandson. We were there for them to go to the Motorpoint for a gig.
Good location around 10 mins to the centre of town next door to Rock City club. Now this concerned us after seeing the 100s of people queuing to get in but we shouldn’t have worried. We had no noise from the club itself just a little noise from people outside but not enough to affect our sleep.
The room was fantastic. Immaculately clean very well equipped with kitchen including a dishwasher microwave and fridge. Lovely shower in the bathroom and a good sized bed.
Now originally the room was for my daughter and her little boy but I was added to the booking last minute . As the hotel was fully booked they kindly put a folding bed into her room for me, which was surprisingly very comfortable.
In the foyer there’s a drinks machine for all your teas and coffees and to my grandsons delight, hot chocolate. All free. And in the morning a huge basket of croissants to help yourself to.
The garage under the hotel is fab. £10 per night as opposed to £23 in the multi storey next to the hotel. The lovely lady in reception sorted his for us. She was so nice. Friendly and cheerful, a credit to the hotel.
Would absolutely recommend this hotel if visiting the city

Great hotel in a great location within Nottingham. Right next too Rock City but couldn't hear anything in the rooms so no issues with noise. Spacious room, comfy beds and helpful staff. Will be our regular stop over spot from now on

The Manager, Dadka, is a credit to the hotel. There was an issue with my room and she managed it with such professionalism and empathy. It made the experience extremely positive.

Clean room, comfortable bed and Alexandra , the lady from the reception was very helpful and welcoming. Well located, 10 min walk from city centre and very convenient if you’re going for a gig in the nearby venue.

The room itself was lovely, just a shame about the cleanliness of it. Food smeared on the fridge door, hand prints on bathroom door and dusty. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

A clean and spacious hotel with excellent location. The hotel offers discounted car parking rates at Qpark next door which has EV charging. Occaisionally noise in early hours from nightclub next door but not much

Conveniently located close to the town centre.
Adjacent to Rock city , which can get busy on a weekend.. that said, we weren’t disturbed by noise from the road possibly since we were on the fourth floor and windows don’t open on that floor
Kitchenette was nice and free laundry was a welcome bonus.
Staff at reception were very helpful
Parking at 10GBP daily was awesome too

Had a brilliant stay at Roomzzz Nottingham! Tatiana at reception was wonderful, I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and her customer service was exceptional!

Room was good and the kitchen was clean with new cutlery and plates. Would definitely again.
