The outlook, straight into the window opposite, meant the curtains had to be closed all day for privacy .
Air condition unit outside window roaring all night.
Staff were wonderful especially the female front desk manager who checked me in and I sadly forget her name. She was a delight. Arigato gozaimasu!
The ability to extend my stay at a reasonable price.
The night manager always being there to recognise me on my return and have the door open without me having to do so myself.
It's proximity to Southern Cross station made it handy as that's where I was departing from when I left the city.
My room faced Spencer street and the trains coming and going can be a little noisy and vibrational.
The room or hotel itself feels haunted.. strange noises like someone trying to enter the room but no one there when i would open the door to check, and the curtain seeming to open a little after having made sure it was fully closed... but again that could just be the vibration from the trains.
Simple, small hotel room. Had the basics and the bed was clean. Great location.
Bed was a little firm. Shower door is way too small, even for an average size person.
It's location is nice and convenient for events at the Convention Center, and the Lovely staff were able to take my luggage early before check in so I was unburdened while going to said Event.
I'm also a relatively tall person, and I could fit well under the shower so that's a big up from the stay.
I didn't find anything objectionable, though the plug locations around the room were a bit far from where most people would use them or place devices, but not unusably so.
Convenient to Southern Cross Station
Great location, close to tram station
Location, friendly staff, cleanliness
Sometimes noisy with people walking through corridors
The location and how quiet the hotel was. The bed was excellent and staff service excellent.
The room was what it was but I found it a bit small.
Location & reception staff were friendly
Tiny bathroom
