Great little hotel
Pros:

Lovely staff in the front desk, yes the room is small - it’s called a shoebox room so you know in advance it’s going to be small but for a solo traveler with a small amount of luggage its absolutely fine. Location is fantastic. Bed was very comfortable.

Convenient location and value for money
Pros:

The Best Western is in a central location. It easy easy to get there if arriving in the sky bus from the airport and there is a tram stop close by.

Cons:

The bathrooms are very small and there is not much privacy when using the toilet

Perfect location for train travellers - only a short walk with your bag.
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the rooms were - for an inner city stay this was great.
I liked that I could open the windows and turn off the aircon - much nicer for sleeping.

Cons:

The step up into the bathroom was unexpected and needed At least some yellow paint or tape to provide a visual alert.

Pros:

Great location, room was very clean, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Rooms were not soundproof
Room next door had noisy people it in. Kept me awake from midnight for nearly 2 hrs. Talking very loud.

Pros:

Fantastic and reliable team at reception, very tidy and comfortable room and quick responses to any issues.

Cons:

Loud train noise from outside is unavoidable but potential travellers should be aware! Thankfully reception provided me with some earplugs when I asked. Bathroom is definitely very cramped but not outside my expectation for the value of the stay.

De lokatie, dichtbij free zone tram en de skybus die vanaf south cross station vertrekt.

Helpful staff, with friendly efficient attitudes.

Cons:

The parking information was incorrect and dud not march the guest information via the QR code in the room. Parking cost $35 not $25. Just mentioning this so other guests do not get a surprise. Thanks
