Excellent
Pros:

Great location and amazing staff. I arrived early on a redeye and the staff gave me a room without any extra charges. Will for sure recommend this accommodation

Cons:

The rooms could be a little bigger but it is my understanding that hotel rooms are small in Melbourne

Pros:

Great location, close to transport. Room was clean, amenities were clean. Room was adequate size for the size of beds.

Cons:

Booking.com doesnt advise of a security bond of $100 in thier confirmation email.

Great value in a wonderful location
Pros:

Great location - easy walk from the Skybus, walkable from everywhere in the CBD/Docklands area, and trams/trains all close by. Great value for money and friendly staff. There was also a swap library which was wonderful, and a cafe directly downstairs.

Cons:

Shower was tiny, no hand towel for drying hands, and only shampoo (no conditioner) provided so couldn’t wash my hair. Not enough hooks for towels/damp coats. The door to the bathroom/toilet was a frosted glass sliding door that had a gap, so not only was there no sound dampening but also you could see the shapes of fellow guests in there!!

Comfortable, affordable and honest staff
Pros:

Excellent value for money! The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.

What impressed me most was the honesty of the housekeeping team. I accidentally left my gold bracelet on the bed after forgetting to put it on before heading out. When I returned, it had been carefully left exactly where I’d forgotten it. That level of honesty really blew me away and says a lot about the people who work here.

The room was comfortable, clean and had fresh, crisp sheets and clean towels. The pillows could do with being replaced as they were quite flat, although that was only a minor issue.

The hot water was fantastic, with great water pressure even during peak shower times, which was an unexpected bonus!

Overall, it was a seamless stay with excellent service and outstanding value. I’d happily stay here again.

Pros:

Tiny but comfortable room and facilities, close to Southern X station- essential as I was travelling. Very helpful and friendly staff. The on site bar and restaurant, coming back late from work was an added plus. Recommend the fish and chips.

Cons:

I couldnt get hot water in shower to work.
