Great location and price. Small rooms perfect place to rest your head and shower whilst out and about in Melbourne all day.

Cons:

Construction going on straight outside my room. Staff should have alerted me about this and possibly pr8vide ear plugs. Yes Construction will always be around but the communication towards guests is so important so guests are not blind sided. I assume the cheap price is because of Construction? PLEASE tell your guests. I was woken at 6.20am with workers using power tools.

Conveniently located, cheap, kind staff
Pros:

Location was amazing. No view, but i had a window i could open for fresh air plus an air con unit. I was offered a free upgrade and the room was really quiet. I slept very well. it was good value for the price and right near Spencer St Station and all the trams and Convention Centre. Staff were friendly and happily assisted with my requests. Definitely stay there again
