Suggest reception staff receive accessibility training from a disabled person staff use the bathroo
Pros:

Food was not very hot staff in breakfast room helpful

Cons:

Arrival reception very poor husband disabled we were soaking wet
Luckily found disabled space outside the hotel staff said we needed to move car to multi-storey as car not covered if we parked outside is that true
Then completed check-in for 4 people about to get in lift when called back to the desk for the guy to find a fire evacuation form
I had received about 10 texts prior to arrival had requested accessible room so would of thought this form would have been there to complete
But guy went through cupboards then gave up and printed one off
He did not come to floor 7 to complete the form
What a waste of time and we were still dripping wet

Great location for a city break
Pros:

Location is very handy,10 min walk to O’Connell at. The restaurant location overlooking the river is lovely

Overall a decent enough hotel and ok value for money
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Nice river view and good location

Cons:

Bar area was quite soulless. Nowhere to hang towels to dry in the bathroom. Had to pay for late checkout as it was at 11am. It gets later to check in and earlier to check out.

Cons:

Bed consisted of two beds joined together to make one. Both sides of bed had a memory foam mattress in which was too small and very uncomfortable. Disappointing that a superior room has this. Buffet breakfast cold.

Improper room assinging
Pros:

Hotel is nice, staff are friendly expecially in the bar , food was good and rooms were nice apart from the view of the rubbish dump outside . I had specifically requested a room on a high floor to avoid noise as I spent my stay studying but was woken up at 3am till 6am on my 2nd night from a stag party that was assigned the same floor as me which I found very neglectful in room assigning to accommodate standard guests on the same floor as a party which is why I requested a high floor specifically..... so that impacted my stay and did not get sufficient rest. Very unlikely to return.

Excellent staff, facilities falling short of expectation.
Pros:

Staff and facilities very good overall with a few small but annoying deficiencies

Cons:

Bathroom shower: no curtain r guard door to contain the shower water to stop it spraying all the way across the room.
No shelf or ledge to leave anything in bathroom.
Bedroom: bedside lockers fixed too far from bed. Lockers out of reach from the bed.

Fabulous girly night away
Pros:

Myself and four other friends stayed here for one night for my sister in laws 30th...its was fabulous from start to finish! The rooms were spotless... we had a two course meal in the restaurant and it was so nice.. the staff are so friendly and so helpful. Thanks to darren the manager for your help was a great night away.
