Excellent staff, facilities falling short of expectation.
Pros:

Staff and facilities very good overall with a few small but annoying deficiencies

Cons:

Bathroom shower: no curtain r guard door to contain the shower water to stop it spraying all the way across the room.
No shelf or ledge to leave anything in bathroom.
Bedroom: bedside lockers fixed too far from bed. Lockers out of reach from the bed.

Fabulous girly night away
Pros:

Myself and four other friends stayed here for one night for my sister in laws 30th...its was fabulous from start to finish! The rooms were spotless... we had a two course meal in the restaurant and it was so nice.. the staff are so friendly and so helpful. Thanks to darren the manager for your help was a great night away.

The room was good, bed was fantastic. Staff were fantastic as was the location and breakfast

Cons:

Our bathroom wasn't cleaned well, the mirror had toothpaste on it, bath had some grime on it and the body wash was empty.

10/10 Family adventure
Pros:

We had a lovely stay over St Brigid's bank holiday. With fresh homemade pancakes for breakfast to a dip and splash in the pool overlooking limerick city.
The seabass for dinner was delicious plus the chocolate cake was scrumicious. Perfect spot to explore the city. Plus spotting the swans with the kids on the river banks. We will be back !!

Pros:

The room was a good size, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and seemed to have anything you might want.. the location was good with a quick walk into the center of town.

Cons:

The only negative was i found the womens changing facilities at the pool area very small when trying to get changed with a small baby.

I paid 152e specifically for a room with a view because the photo I was shown was a floor to ceiling window and I got a room with a window sill so high you had to literally stand up next to it to see the view of the river. I was shocked. All we got to see was the creepy green lights that were lighting the building so it looked like we were being visited by aliens the whole night, and that's all we could see from the bed. It was awful. The kettle wasn't even plugged in, we found it in the wardrobe, so we had to take the whole thing out and plug it in on the table, and it was 'instant' coffee which was not good enough for the price of the room. There should have been a coffee machine. We also had to check out at 11am which was so annoying.

It was a total rip off. Don't stay here if you think you will be getting the fake view you are shown whilst booking. The general staff were great though, especially the cleaning staff, they went out of their way. But marketing is misrepresenting what you are being offered.
