Superb location, friendly staff and great views.
Pros:

It has a great location, every room has stunning views of the river Shannon. The staff were lovely and helpful. It was only a few minutes walk to the centre of the city.

Cons:

The food in the bar could do with being improved but it is passable.
The water on the shower wasn’t that hot, it may have been a faulty control, but both were the same.

Comfortable beds, very clean, loved the layout of the room with a. Nice mirror/vanity table to do your makeup.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience in the Clayton. Dealing with evening staff in the reception and the bar was an absolute pleasure, particularly José.
He could not have been more helpful, friendly and chivalrous. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Limerick.
